I grabbed the outfit and headed toward the fitting room, The cashier with short hair was EXTREMELY rude, i asked if i can try on the outfit and she not one denied me but rolled her eyes, huffed and walked away. I was annoyed, I walked out infuriated, as I was leaving she tried closing the gate 30 minutes before the store actually closed as if she hadn't already seen me in the store, unbelievable this woman, I am NEVER coming to this store again.

To my surprise the walls are now painted pink, there's a completely new staff (who in plural don't help at all, give attitude including the cashier who was angry, kept yelling each others name "Heidi", it's like they can't stand being there + they are constantly laughing / playing around). The music was fine at 1st but after a while it was annoying, they constantly went into the back to change it, & many customers found it to be very-loud (I couldn't even answer a call I received). My biggest problem were the prices on some items = overpriced. Yet the jeans were okay & vice-versa. ---- Published this review because I purchased an item from their CLEARANCE racks that said $9 (view picture I uploaded) but at checkout they charged me MORE: $12 instead of $9. That's unfair. Another issue is that when I entered the store I asked one of the employees the price on a red button blouse which I was interested in. She said "I think it's $1" I replied "what?" (how could it be $1) but instead of figuring out the price to be sure, she took it off my hands & said she was organizing that. In my mind I was like: Hello I was planning on purchasing that either way... I always spend lot of money when I come here, but I made a smaller purchase and left unhappy this time.

She then informed me that the dress is damaged. I told her it wasn't and simple cloth can remove that. She then explain to me that either I purchase the dress that isn't the correct size or she will call the cops. Not to create a bigger scene I paid for the dress that doesn't fit. How do u force some one to purchase something because of deodorant on a black dress is beyond me. But I will no longer do business with a company that employees that behave in such a manner.
