For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. It was not the answer I wanted to hear as much as it was not the answer she wanted to give so she asked me to hold while she took a physical look around the store and in the back. Tada! She found my purse!!! I'm still not sure why it wasn't showing in their inventory but I was thankful that she took the effort to actually look for it. It was late on a Wednesday night and I knew I wouldn't be able to go to Niagara Falls until the weekend so I asked if she could hold it for me. From what I understand, they typically only hold an item for 48 hours but she extended that for me to ensure the purse would be held until the following Monday, giving me plenty of time to make the trek out to the Falls. We left after work on Friday and two hours later, I had my purse. :)))) The store itself is nicely laid out and, at 6pm on a Friday, was busy, but not overly crowded. All of the staff I spoke with were friendly and ready to help. My overall experience at this location was excellent and I would have to say, it's definitely worth checking them out.
