Updating my review after seeing the owner's response because it's honestly misleading…read more I gave more than two weeks' notice, yet I was still pushed into "rush" pricing that didn't align with my actual timeline. Also, I was clearly told there would be no fittings for my wedding dress -- so it's confusing to now see claims about multiple fittings being standard. That was not what I was offered. For comparison, I went to a larger, cleaner, more established alterations studio and was quoted $900 WITH fittings included for similar work. Meanwhile, I was quoted $1,600 here WITHOUT fittings. That price difference speaks for itself. I'm sharing this so other brides understand exactly what they may be quoted versus what's actually included because transparency matters, especially this close to a wedding.

But, I have continued to go because they do good work, or at least they used to. Last month I brought a zipper to be fixed in, and I needed to bring it back. Today was the last straw. I brought a pair of jeans in for a simple hem. Price was excessive, but they measured and I just left them. The day they were suppose to be ready (a week later) they called to say they would not be ready until noon. OK, went at 12:45 and they not even been started yet. I said, "It's a simple hem", I was informed that they get hundreds of hems a week. That is not a reason for them to not have items ready when promised. I took my pants and left. Good for them, hope their hundreds of hems keep them in business because they have lost me as a customer forever. Will never go back.
