Great tour to take to learn about St Louis sites quickly I…read morerecently took the St. Louis Trolley Tour, and I highly recommend it. We parked across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel and the bus picked us up right in their covered driveway. The trolley itself is fantastic. It has the charming, classic look of an old-fashioned trolley but with modern upgrades that make a big difference. It had excellent air conditioning and a high-quality sound system so you could hear the driver. The ride was smooth and comfortable, even on some of the older city streets. Our driver was outstanding. He handled the tour beautifully, especially considering the fact that I am fairly certain that we had to take a completely different route because a sinkhole had opened up downtown that day. Despite the detour, he never missed a beat. His narration was engaging, informative, and full of details about the city's history and landmarks as we passed them by. He made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The route took us through Forest Park, one of the highlights of the tour. We passed by the St. Louis Zoo and several other beautiful areas within the park. Our driver even stopped for about five minutes in front of the museum, where we were able to enjoy the excellent views across the park. It was a perfect little break in the tour. After leaving Forest Park, we wound our way back through the city, traveling through Midtown and seeing many of St. Louis's other notable sights to include a beautiful church. Overall, it was a very well-run, informative, and enjoyable tour. The combination of the comfortable trolley, excellent driver, and beautiful route made it one of the best city tours we've taken. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis.

We requested that this service start at 5:45pm and continue for an hour. At 6:15, while downtown taking pictures, my new husband and I started receiving texts and phone calls from family members asking what time the shuttle was supposed to arrive. It never showed up. We ended up calling the company and the driver had left because "nobody was in the lobby", which was entirely untrue. Over 50% of our guests were in the lobby because they were staying at the hotel. My 90 year old great aunt had actually been standing outside in front of the hotel in the heat waiting for over 40 minutes. We ended up having to send our party bus to help pick up guests which stranded the bridal party at one location downtown. This caused about half of our guests to miss the cocktail hour at our reception that we had paid for, and for us to miss out on another picture location because we had to send our bus away. As soon as we mentioned that we didn't think we should pay for a service that never would have showed up without us calling them to ask, the owner we talked to became extremely unpleasant. He ended up crediting us for about 5% of our total cost and when we said we didn't think we should pay for the shuttle at all because of what we lost out on, he hung up the phone on us. He also mentioned that he wasn't making us pay for the "extra time" we had the party bus like that would make us feel better. We only needed that extra time because our party bus had to act as a shuttle. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my entire life. Everyone we dealt with leading up to the wedding was super helpful and pleasant, but as soon as they had our money, service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything. It's easy to be nice to people when things are perfect, but being rude to and hanging up on customers when your company makes a mistake is really telling about the kind of people we actually did business with.

He told me my drivers name and gave me his phone number. The bus arrived 10 minutes in advance. He picked us up at all of our locations promptly. I gave 4 stars because the TV was not working and I really wanted my movie to be playing the background! *TIP* The 24 passenger fits 20 adults comfortable. I think if we had 24 people we would have been crammed. We were all average size adults, a few tall guys..but I think 24 is squeezing it!

The bed was great and the bathroom functional. We endured quite a heavy thunderstorm and there was some water coming in our window so we had to put down towels. Our room overlooked the roof and the windows were quite dirty. They should probably hire someone to clean them. That was really the only trouble was the leak. We would return here and just ask to be in a room that was not near the maintenance closet where the door was opened and closed all morning long waking us up every day. Avoid room 501.

If you're looking for a truly restful night's sleep, the mattress wasn't very comfortable. The rooms include a refrigerator but no microwave, although there is a microwave available in the lobby. You'll also find a small snack shop where you can purchase drinks, snacks, and other essentials. Breakfast each morning is always a plus. Options included scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bagels for toasting, and a waffle-making station. The breakfast staff was especially kind and helpful. The pool is small, but the kids loved it, and you can even see the Arch from the pool area. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the Arch and just steps from The Dome at America's Center. Horseshoe Casino is also within walking distance. It was quick and easy to get an Uber from the hotel to anywhere we wanted to go. Overall, it was a good stay. While it wasn't anything extraordinary, it met our needs and offered a convenient location for exploring Saint Louis.
