They fill your meds then leave the room.... and most of the times they would send medication wrong. I had enough after yesterday. I found an AWESOME place called Intergrated Spins and Pain Care. Every single girl from the front desk to the medical assistants to the Nurse Practitioner were so warm and welcoming. They listened to my needs and how to manage all the neck and back pain. They were so professional and so absolutely friendly. They got me in so quickly. They also care about their staff during the COVID-19 issues and practice perfect protocol. His NP was so friendly and makes you feel at ease that a proper plan is in place to finally start being pain free. That Dr. Shah personally reached out to me shows me she really cares . She is an excellent Dr. with a good bedside manner and deserves another chance. I'm now confident future experiences with her staff will be better . I would have given zero stars if possible, Dr. Shah is a fine Dr. but her office is rude, unprofessional and make her practice unworthy of my time. Recently I asked her office to help me fill out paperwork for FMLA, a chronic pain condition I have. Never have encountered such uncaring and unprofessional desk staff. I literally wasted 2 paid sick days and numerous phone calls which no one even bothered to return. I was simply attempting to ascertain if they can assist with filling this paper work out. I have recently been told that I've canceled too many times so I have to be pulled from being a patient. I thought this was pain management? The amount of stress not getting help as only added to my pain. On top of it, I have called several times to reschedule recently as I had to cancel my most recent appointment due to having the flu. I've had to leave several messages asking to be called back to reschedule and not once did I get a call back. I called today and was transferred to a manager where I had to leave a message again.
