Although I got bad news (transmission issues on a 2002 Chevy worth less than a grand), they were very helpful and upfront with me. I'm not going to end up fixing it, especially since I was planning on buying a car within the next couple of months but I would definitely say check this place out if your vehicle is acting weird. Now it needs replacing again (why?!) .We have time so decided to DIY. Ordered manufacturer spec & number part from another vendor. It didn't fit! Verified mfr. specs again, order was correct. Turned out this Kitley's had SAWED OFF intrinsic mounting plate (where replacement section would join) from pipe!!! Then connected new piece with a sloppy amateur weld that cracked because line now had no support and vibrated so much while driving. I'm sure we paid them more than $1.00. They weren't worth it. Too bad, because we would like to support local businesses. Not this one.

I drove out of town because of the price per hour and felt I would get a good job done on my bike. they went beyond what I expected and at the last minute took care of my clutch problem, then they asked if I could use any help loading the bike onto my trailer! (and just a side note; just try talking with any mechanic in a lot of bike shops, you end up talking with some guy who will hopefully relay what you wanted done, its nice to be able to take to the mechanic who will be working on your bike. and yes I will be back and will recommend this business to my bike friends. this is how it should be!
