As it was mid afternoon, the place was very quiet, although there was a band setting up for a later performance and it's clearly a very popular live music venue. There were lots of decent tunes being played on the PA while I sipped my reasonably priced pint and it was a very comfortable experience, sinking into comfy red armchairs and admiring the wall hangings that offset the dark wooden interior very nicely. The staff were very friendly and happy to pass on the Wifi password too. A decent pub that would be well worth returning to when the live music gigs are on.

We had just finished dinner down the street and weren't ready to head back to the hotel yet. This place came up on Yelp as a good bar in our location so we went to check it out. It's a nice space with fun lighting, a large bar with four sides right in the middle of the main room- smart placement to maximize access to the bar. There are a few tables and chairs lining the sides of the main room. The side room has a great long booth and a couple tables in the front are facing large windows with a view of the street. We just grabbed a couple cocktails and had a great time chatting with the friendly server. Since we pretty much had the place to ourselves we just relaxed, enjoyed our drinks, and listened to the travel stories of our server. It was a great way to end the night and it sounds like this place gets super packed on weekend nights. I wish we hadn't been too tired to find out, but if we ever end up back in Stockholm, we'll definitely check this place out again.

Once in a blue moon it is very fun to have a big night out, drinking and dancing with friends - and this was a great place to do just that. With a big enough group and a table, you feel like you can breathe, move around freely and enjoy the night. The music was very "pop" which was fun for dancing and singing along.... who doesn't like a little Riri in their life :) I could not imagine coming here with just a girlfriend and braving the dance floor area - then I would probably be giving 2 stars - as you can barely walk through the masses, I'm sure it must take an hour to order a drink and I would certainly feel old - as I could probably be the mother of some of the young kids here...

My friends kept saying it was a nice place to see people dressed up, but I just saw girls with big, ugly watches and guys with large laptop briefcases at their feet (at 12am on a Friday night) otherwise wearing nothing too interesting. No one looked particularly classy, chic, bussiness pro, or even dapper cool -- except us, of course ^^ I would come back here because I have a feeling it was an off-night in terms of experience but I wouldn't recommend going here as I experienced it. We came there pretty early so we took a beer to pass time, the price was normal for Stockholm! When the main act was about to go out the place was pretty much packed and I was suprised how many the were able to fit, the concert was great on a small scale, you could really feel the energy and you could get close to the band! I walked in rather late at around 10pm, no seats available and plenty of standing room. No one stopped me for a cover charge, yay! I think the cheapest beer was less than 50SEK. The bartender was friendly enough and spoke perfect English. Not sure who the band was, but they sounded American, talked like they were American, and they sounded good! Definitely worth a visit if you like jazz, but don't want the seriousness of Glenn Miller Cafe or Stampen.
