The courts are great, changing rooms always clean, staff exceptionally helpful, and a pro shop next door. You can book online once registered, though its all in Swedish (note to self: learn Swedish. Soon.) I've only ever had lessons and coaching with Rahim, who is terrific and whom I highly recommend.

A really really really good place if you really want to learn how to boxe. The coaches are really…read moregood and motivating. The place is relatively big for a boxing club and easy to reach by public transportation (bus 2 direct from slussen). Never underestimate the easy access when you are dealing with a sport as demanding mentally and physically as boxing. Even if the fitter the better when it comes to boxing, I don't recommend you to start this sport if you only want to get fitter, or at least in "serious" clubs like this, because the focus on the technique is a massive part of the training. Getting the movement automatic even when you are tired at the end of a round. Learning boxing technique is mostly a personal matter after having learnt the basics of the movement. When it comes to physical preparation, I find some of the movements asked by the coach to be slightly outdated, but after few months I still fear the sunday training, which means that it is still effective :) Finally, there are a lot of training options, for all levels and a lot of very passionate persons. Boxing never was an easy sport, but this club definitely helps you wear the gloves more often.

It is now a while that I train here, good time to upgrade my review :)…read moreI do have problem with old and not renovated buildings and that is why I like this place, it is fresh. I mostly aim for evening training. They offer a good deal of group trainings after 17:30 which is perfect for me. Well I'm not a morning person, my real body-wake-up time is after 9! But they also have early morning group trainings just for you! Don't laugh at me on this but another +point here is that I don't get lost in the gym between machines! Everything is located very straight forward and with reasonable space from each other, funny but it is is kind of important for me! I hope they will add Fresh Shake maker and towels to borrow in close future, I may give them a straight 5
