We were in the area today for my eyeglass adjustment, and since I received a "We Miss You" flyer with free play, I figured I'd take advantage of it. Well, that turned out to be a mistake. We waited at the cashier/cage for assistance, and even though we already had players' cards, it still took almost five minutes per card. No greeting, no smile, no thank you -- just a flat "here you go." They do have a decent variety of machines -- a mix of newer and older slots, plus poker and keno -- but the machines felt pretty tight. We did manage to make our money back eventually, which was the only upside. We were there for about an hour, and not a single employee acknowledged us or offered a hello. No cocktail server or bartender came by to ask if we wanted anything to drink, although certain guests seemed to get service. Sadly, this visit just reminded us why we stopped coming here when in Fallon. It was disappointing overall. To top it off, we left smelling like cigarettes -- and I quit 20 years ago. Even though they had a few newer machines that I've never seen before, I'm not sure we'll be back. I'll probably just wait until Fernley, Sparks, or Reno gets them. read more

The waiter in the cafe was both slow and rude. He didn't check on my wife and I one time after we got our food. The food was mediocre at best. My wife told him when he brought us the check that her food didn't taste right / good. All he said was, it's not old it came in on today's truck delivery so it was fine. He made no offer to compensate us for what was poor quality food. Not to mention his poor attitude! We went to the casino area to play slots. When I asked the server, (who I had to track down) for a shot and a beer she said I could only have one. I explained that the shot was for my wife, who was right next to me. She paused and looked at me as if she didn't believe me. She had a very poor attitude in general! After finally getting us our drinks she went back to the bar and appeared to look over at us for some time. Apparently she was watching to make sure I didn't drink the shot. After our drinks were finishe, we continued to play the slot machine for awhile. She never came back to see if we wanted more. So instead of playing the slots more we left. The ambiance was supposed to look "expensive" but if you take a closer it was very cheap: dollar store fake flowers, dirty glasses, and cold kings Hawaiian rolls (that they tried to pass as made in the kitchen). Even though they didn't close for 2 hours they started closing while we were still eating. the mashed potatoes were so chunky I'd hardly call them mashed at all. I was in the mood for French Onion Soup, saw it on their online menu so we went in on a Friday evening. Ordered a bowl of soup and a Ceasars Chicken salad. We got the soup, but that was it...waited for an HOUR to get the salads...never got them. The waiter never stopped serving everyone else once to check on us. Last year we went there for our anniversary. I ordered an expensive steak...it was so tough I couldn't eat it...big part of why we hadn't been in since and only then to order soup and salad. It's not very often I come across reviews that I usually take seriously and that's why I decided to give three sisters a try. I can tell you that I wish I had because it would have saved a hundred bucks. To start the hostess was really nice and after confirming out appt. took us to our table, got us some water and rolls, no complaints there. The waitress got our drink orders and we ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. It was around this time a blonde woman was sat to our left and unbeknownst to us she was the manager for the two restaurants in the casino. (I'll get back to the food in a minute) The woman who I later found out to be the overall manager demanded the attention of all staff because as I was later told they were training. She sat in the corner and pulled worker after worker over to tell them how bad they were doing and I got the pleasure of hearing it all. There was a laptop and a printed out review that she continued to use to berate the manager of the restaurant (also found out later) within earshot of customers. She made the "pssst" sound to get waitresses attention with a complete disregard for the customers around her. I have never witnessed such unprofessional management of really anything in my life. Frankly, if the food wasn't so terrible, I wouldn't go back for fear of being withing earshot of her. Back to the food, the best I could describe it would be "if you believe copious amounts of garlic will make anything taste good, this is the place for you!" or possibly "if you want to feel criminally overcharged for the worst food you've ever had, this is the place for you!" I know how that sounds but when you see the pictures you will understand, it's literally like they spooned raw garlic from the containers you get in the store in an attempt to make the food taste good. I am still in complete shock that I was charged over a hundred dollars to dine there. I honestly refuse to believe there is a trained cook in the kitchen but I do believe there is someone back there giving it their best. This would be ok but when you're paying 28 dollars for a steak and 26 for shrimp and salmon, I believe it's reasonable to assume the food would be flavorful, cooked right and not covered in raw garlic. I found out the waitress was new and training, I cannot fault her for her shortcomings but in my waiter days, we had a waiter and a trainee, not just a poor overwhelmed trainee that is trying to figure it out. She was nice and I hope she's doing ok considering the laptop lady was constantly calling her over and "training" her (I personally thought it was berating her and I would have been embarrassed and nervous if it was me). On the positive side, I called to voice my concerns the restaurant manager (not the lady on the laptop) seemed apologetic and understood the issues that happened and offered to make it right, I had no interest in putting myself through all of that again and declined. Overall, I found this to be one of the worst experiences at any level of restaurant but frankly it was offensively bad for the amount of money you spend at this place. I try not to judge restaurants by just visiting them once but I don't believe I could endure another night like this evening. Take my word and don't waste your time and money, lest you find yourself on here leaving a negative review of what could have been a wonderful trip. read more

Sometimes you just need to have a fillet mignon. This is the only place to enjoy a perfect fillet, atmosphere, and service. The remodeled interior is lovely. I would recommend going to the casino website and making a reservation on open table because such a small town they probably only have a limited amount of product available. Make this reservation a day or two in advance if you can. I didn't think ahead to make a reservation (which is my fault) for a party of six on a Thursday night and so they had to make sure they had enough prime rib available, since that is what my entire party wanted to order. Fortunately they did!! All of the prime rib was very very good. A couple of the side orders were incorrect but the waiter happily and quickly resolved those minor issues. We used to live in Reno and we're comparing the Steak experience with the better restaurants in Reno. I find the tenderness and taste of steaks at Three Sisters to be nearly identical to that of Ruth Chris in Reno but about 40 % cheaper. A tremendous deal. Service is great and their dinner rolls are really good (some restaurants give you cheap rolls). I wish they were open more nights a week. They say on their website they're now open 4 nights a week, but they are still only listing Thurs thru Sat (which is 3 nights a week). This is my family's default go to casino in Fallon Nevada. Centrally located in town right off of Williams Avenue. It's next to the Holiday Inn and I had visitors from California staying there so makes for a nice trip for people of state. They're doing a lot of refurbishing at the casino and making it much nicer and more organized. My only complaint is the ventilation there and the cigarette smoke. I'm not much of a gambler but this past weekend it seemed to keep you going in the game. The people are really nice there. There's also a steakhouse and a coffee shop and a nice variety of casino games and now a little Sportsbook. read more

Amazing meal. We ate here on a Saturday evening and it was perfect. The Filet Mignon was cooked exactly how I wanted and the cut of meat was amazing. I was able to cut my steak with my fork. The squash/zucchini vegetable side (which I don't normally eat) was amazing and I ate every last bite. Fantastic dinner and the staff was excellent. We have been to the steak house 3 times since the remodel and each time its taken along time to get our meal. This time it was 45 minutes to get our salad and 1 hr. 23 mins. for the main course. The whole time we were there, i could overhear others comp!aining, their was 11 to 13 tables seated and only one waitress, front person, bus-person doing the best they could. All three employees, we're working understaffed. Just because you have the only steak house in town this is not the way to treat customers. If a new place opens you might as well close.
