I received a great deal of helpful information to support me on my journey. If you're feeling unwell and have exhausted all other options, I highly recommend Integra. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been courteous and supportive. As a result, I'm feeling much better--I only wish I had done this sooner. It takes someone very determined to make this program work. I'm very pleased with my experience.

I then happened to speak to a former patient who told me all about her own negative experience with Integra Health and Wellness, which cost her thousands of dollars and little change to her issues. I then canceled my appointment two weeks before the scheduled date and they refuse to refund me the payment I made. I was never told it would be non-refundable, if they had, I would not have scheduled it. This practice does not accept insurance and their treatment plans can go upwards of $22,000. They are horrible at returning phone calls and texts. Based on my own negative experience, I would not recommend this office.

My son was seen by Colby Morton on three separate occasions regarding concerns about his growth,…read moreand unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was poor, our concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and at no point did we feel genuinely heard, informed, or supported. At the very first appointment, our concerns regarding my son's growth were quickly minimized after simply discussing my height and his father's height. We were essentially told there was no concern because "you're just short." As a parent, that response felt dismissive and discouraging, especially when we were seeking professional guidance and answers. I had to push just to have basic testing ordered. Blood work was reluctantly ordered, but a bone age scan was refused until after the labs were completed. When we returned for results, we were briefly told the blood work was "good" and that my son was simply done growing. I again pushed for a bone age scan, which was eventually ordered. At the follow-up appointment, we were again told nothing could be done because my son's bones were fused and he was done growing. However, the bone age report specifically referenced "essentially fused" and "near complete fusion," which suggested there may still have been at least a small window for discussion regarding possible options or intervention. Instead, the conversation was immediately shut down with little explanation. What I found most unacceptable was the complete lack of communication and patient education regarding my son's medical findings. When I asked for a better explanation of the blood work, I was told it would "take too long." This was after waiting over an hour and twenty minutes to be seen. The lab results were then reviewed by simply reading medical terms and numbers directly from the chart without explaining what they meant or why they mattered. As a parent, I am not expected to understand specialized endocrine labs or terms like IGF Binding levels. That is exactly why families seek professional medical care and guidance. Additionally, my son's bone age reportedly came back approximately 1.1 deviations above normal, indicating his bone age was older than his physical age, yet this was never meaningfully explained beyond repeatedly stating he was "done growing." Over the course of three appointments combined, I would estimate we spent maybe 20 minutes total with this provider. Every visit felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking empathy, professionalism, and meaningful communication. Instead of leaving with clarity or support, we left feeling frustrated, discouraged, and more confused after each appointment. Another frustrating aspect of this experience was later discovering that Colby Morton is a nurse practitioner, not a medical doctor, as that distinction was never clearly communicated in a way we understood during the course of treatment. At no point were we given the opportunity to discuss my son's case with a physician despite the complexity of the concerns and our repeated requests for more explanation and guidance. Ironically, I received a far more detailed and understandable explanation of my son's lab work and bone age results after independently researching and reviewing them myself than I ever received during these appointments. Families seeking pediatric endocrine care deserve clear communication, compassion, education, and a provider willing to take the time to explain important medical findings. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here, and I would not recommend this provider based on the care and communication we received.

We have been seeing Dr. Raymond Miranda for many years now, and I can't say enough great things…read moreabout him and his office. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, which my son absolutely loves. Dr. Miranda always goes above and beyond to make him feel safe and at ease during each visit, which makes a world of difference. The office staff is equally wonderful, especially Laura! She is always so cheerful and helpful on the phone, making sure to get us an appointment as soon as possible. The wait times are minimal because they don't overbook, and we never feel rushed during our visits. We actually travel 20 minutes from a neighboring town just to see Dr. Miranda because the care is that good. In fact, I recommended that my daughter take her newborn to him, and she is just as pleased with the experience. If you're looking for a fantastic pediatrician in the Central Valley, I highly recommend Dr. Miranda and his team. You won't be disappointed! ________________________________________

Dr. Miranda is excellent and helpful, but I have never needed anything special. The wait times are different with the doctor in my experience and not excessive within an hour of scheduled time. The PA/Nurse Ben Joseph is not the same. The appointments run later, get you back about an hour and fifteen min. after you arrive then wait in the back another 45 min. The nurse is essentially worthless. My daughter was in pain and aside from giving her muscle relaxers it was like pulling teeth to get a diagnosis. You never know until you need something, how your doctor will respond and I was very disappointed with the office for not wanting to help a hurting child. She was in pain for 2 days crying and they couldn't manage to return my calls, much less see her.
