You never actually hear from an attorney. Case manger Nayeli, was extremely unresponsive. She rarely answered the phone, ignored voicemails and emails for weeks at a time, and frequently promised to call on specific dates but never followed through. My case dragged on for over a year after treatment was completed. Even after everything was supposedly resolved, they delayed releasing my check for another month. I was told documents couldn't be sent via DocuSign (which turned out to be untrue) just to force me to come in person. When I finally received the check, it was a very significant amount less than what was promised over the phone. She then claimed the reduction was due to medical bills that "couldn't be negotiated," despite telling me earlier they had already been taken care of. Overall, this firm was dishonest, unprofessional, and provided a very poor experience.

Then, I had to initiate follow up with my case after being open for almost two years.The lack of communication was awful. Lastly, after working with this law firm for about two years, there was no gesture of appreciation made. Overall my personal experience with this law group was disappointing.

They have helped me through one of the most trying times of my life. Brittany listened to all of my concerns and made sure that they were addressed. My new case manager attempted to get me to accept a $15,000 settlement. I have over $12,000 in medical bills. The bulk of it coming from their referenced Revive Orthopedic charging over $11,000 for an MRI, nerve test, and about 6 office visits. Excessive. Gary Martin Hayes & Associates isn't even the one filing suit. They've given that to the Titus Law Group. The conclusion was a $23,000 settlement, where they walked away with $8,312.80. I received $7,052.20. And medical was reduced to $7,635.00. Gary Martin Hayes was paid for nothing since Titus actually filed the suit. I would've been better off contacting them, and it was still less than half of the max $50,000 available for a permanent injury. (See attached document) Please find someone else to fight your case.
