He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

Damaged the trucks, cut the electrical cords, covered the access to the spare tire, and totally blocked getting the spare. They did all that without communication, notifying us, or getting our permit. In addition, they messed up the hitch, we had to pay $500 to get a very low grade and unusable hitch from them. We had to pay an arm and a leg to fix the spare tire racks in the trucks. They damaged the trucks and did not care that they are blocking the access to the spare tires. Unfortunately we had flat tires on both trucks and we could not access our spares and had to pay another arm and a leg for towing and buying new tires so we can take the cars back to the shop. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Chose to take my truck to the Catonsville location as my friend had his truck done there. As I…read morepulled up to the parking lot, a man came out to greet me promptly. I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone. Very friendly staff and great work. Thanks! Update after a couple years. PStill looks great, bumping from 4 stars up to 5
