    I took my car in to service 2 problems. First, the vacuum brake booster was bad and I had almost…read morehit someone backing out of my driveway and second, the power steering was making horrible noise in the below freezing weather. I deducted a star because I did my homework on the web and found thousands? of people had the same problem with the Ford Edge vacuum booster failing so Ford had extended the factory warranty to cover it. It really should have been a recall and I put in a formal complaint on the government recall site. I had bought the extended warranty with the car and Masano said it was covered under my extended warranty along with the power steering belt so they charged me my $100.00 deductible. I questioned whether it would be less since the vacuum booster was covered by Ford and really the power steering belt was the only item that should be under my "extended warranty" and they said with parts and labor the belt would be over the $100.00 deductible. I do most of the car maintenance/ repair on my previous vehicles so i'm not really sure about that. Hence the star downgrade. All repairs were done. I am happy with the work done and it was done several months ago. I just took the car in for it's 25k service and was totally satisfied. I felt their charges were fair and quite resonable this time.

    Over a week ago I scheduled an appt for a recall to my Ford. This dealership offered me mobile…read moreservice for my home. Tech was to arrive around 8am, but will call with time. After not hearing anything, I called this dealership at 1030am. Spoke with "Ethan" who said he would call back in two minutes. Well 30 minutes go by with no call. I call again, he said there is a problem. He said there are two people in their system with the same name. I asked "there is two by name in the same town, with mobile service scheduled on the same day any time?" He said that is what they are trying to figure out. I asked " it takes three hours to figure it out? Why did no one call me?" No response. Click. First and last time using them. Will go to another Ford dealer with a better reputation and who respects my time. Horrible!!!!!

    My experience at this dealership was extremely poor and very disorganized. We arrived early in the…read moremorning and spent more than 7 hours at the dealer. At no point was I seated in an office to properly discuss the price or the loan terms. I was only told verbally, and on a poorly written piece of paper, that my monthly payment would be $399. After a long wait, and being very tired since I was there with my family (who are witnesses), we left to get something to eat. When we returned, all the paperwork was already prepared for signing. Only at the very end did I realize that the payment was not $399, but higher. I complained, and David Finamza told me that this was the only loan they were able to obtain. Additionally: The loan was supposed to be under my wife's and my name, but they ended up putting it only under my name. I was informed of the final payments after everything was already signed. I was never properly taken into an office to discuss or review the loan details. The vehicle was delivered without floor mats. I complained the same day, and the salesperson told me he would call me to give them to me. He never called. Two days later, someone called me saying the floor mats would cost $125, which is unacceptable. David told me that once the plates and registration were ready, I could pick them up at the dealer. Instead, they lost them and sent the plates and registration to my old address in New York without authorization. Everything about this purchase was chaotic and poorly handled. I filed a report with Hyundai Corporate, and I was contacted by Hyundai Consumer Affairs. This matter is currently under investigation. This dealership shows very bad sales practices, and I strongly advise anyone considering buying here to be extremely careful.
