What a cute little place next to Shoreline Park in Pitt Meadows. Idyllic surroundings and such tremendous ambience.. Ordered a Flat White and a Breakfast Bagel Sandwich... The Flat White was out of this world... The staff is very kind and polite... They have a limited menu but the food is very light and tasty.. Definitely coming back here again...

If you're in the Pitt Meadows area, this is a great little stop for a casual bite to eat, coffee and pastry. I ordered an almond crossoint with blueberry jam which I've never encountered before and it was absolutely delicious! Would certainly grab one of those again. They have a decent array of sandwich options and a few hot items along with cookies, slices, cinnamon buns and more. It's quite nice inside with local art on the walls and plants and wooden accents. And of course coffee!

Great place for coffee and baked goods in Pitt Meadows. I loved grabbing something to go and then waking around the neighbourhood on a nice but somewhat chilly morning. Would highly recommend this as a stop when out in the area, also a great place to meet up for a nice chat!

Coffee of all types very good sandwiches and baked goods, only seating outdoors but that's fine, this is a haven for cyclists looking for half way house sd weary travelers

I absolutely love this place. It's located in a beautiful part of Pitt Meadows. Menu offers several plantbased options like Tofu Wrap, Sweet Potato Samosa Wrap, Banana Bread French Toast, Avo Beet Hummus Sandwich, Panini and others. Coffee is always fresh and great tasting. The service is great and there are plenty of tables outside the bistro. Free 2 hour parking on the streets close to the bistro is an added bonus.

I tried several Turkey Cranberry sandwich but only Stomping Grounds Cafe Bistro has the best homemade Turkey Cranberry Sandwich ever. Highly recommended to try it. The place is awesome as it's close to Fraser River. Service was awesome and friendly. Will definitely go back in here.

    Stellar coffee!

What a beaitiful little village this restaurant is nestled in. Like a tiny little Steveston without the huge drive. This place has awesome coffee, and caters to vegans in an awesome capacity. If your vegan try the banana bread french toast (8.5/10). Sweet and delish! I will certainly be back

I've popped in to this coffeehouse on a few different occasions and always enjoy my purchase! They make delicious tea lattes! I also had a turkey pesto panini and it was delicious. Boyfriend tried the veggie ceviche, kid had a cookie and lime smoothie and both enjoyed. I recently purchased a groupon to use in a three course meal, as Stomping Grounds turns into a fine eatery in the evening! Excited! My only qualm is the menu board, which is difficult to read at times. It's a chalkboard and while I enjoy how esthetically pleasing it is from an interior design perspective, it kind of looks messy. Also the parking (which isn't Stomping Grounds fault). There is very limited parking in front of the coffee shop and other businesses so if you're looking for a super quick run in-run out you may want to go elsewhere.

This is a great little hidden coffee shop that you may not even know about. Located in south Pitt Meadows along the Fraser River in Osprey Village you will find this warm, friendly cafe. This is a great area to come to when you just want to get outside and go for a walk along the dyke. Stomping Grounds has a great selection of coffee and specialty drinks. They often rotate the special lattes and mochas so there is always something different to order. Some of my favorites are Bounty Mocha, Vanilla Latte, Pumpkin Latte and many others. All have great flavors. Even during a sunny winter day it is nice to sit outside on their large patio. Find an excuse to come here one weekend!

    Banana French Toast. Awesome!

Some fantastic breakfast choices in this small village cafe. It's quite small inside and took a while to get a table, but the drinks came out quickly and the breakfast food was great. Their banana french toast was amazing, would happily order again! Had a pumpkin spice latte, 'cause at least once a year! A nice selection of home made soups available for takeout in a cooler by the door.

Service is very slow. I just ordered a tea and it took twenty min. I can't even imagine ordering food.

1 Star -- Discriminatory and Hostile Toward Disabled Patrons…read more My experience at Gratia Café was deeply upsetting and reflects a profound lack of understanding of -- or respect for -- disability rights. I am a disabled individual who relies on a legitimate, clearly identifiable service dog. Rather than being treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, I was subjected to hostile behavior, scrutiny, and exclusionary conduct that made it unmistakably clear I was not welcome. Staff acted as though they were entitled to question or challenge the presence of a service dog, despite the fact that this is explicitly prohibited under British Columbia human rights law. Let me be very clear: Businesses do not get to interrogate disabled patrons, demand explanations of medical need, or treat service dogs as optional accommodations. A service dog is not a pet, and access is not conditional on staff approval, comfort, or personal beliefs. What made this experience particularly distressing was the demeaning tone and dismissive attitude shown throughout the interaction. Instead of de-escalation or accommodation, the situation was handled in a way that felt humiliating, stigmatizing, and discriminatory. Disabled people should never be made to feel like a problem simply for existing in public spaces with the supports they require. Accessibility is not a "preference" or a branding choice -- it is a legal and ethical obligation. Until Gratia Café undertakes serious staff training on disability rights, service animals, and inclusive customer service, I cannot recommend this establishment to disabled patrons or allies. This experience was not just disappointing -- it was unacceptable.

Living with a burger loving gal, we took advantage of the free advertisement for The Bistro and checked it out. The place is clean, rather spartan, but bright and airy. You order at the front counter, pay, and wait for your food to be made. The menu is far wider than we thought checking it out on line. Is it going to win the best burger? We would say no way, with Loudmouth at Mount Lehman out there along with even Five Guys around the lower mainland, there are better choices. One thing the lovely K loved is she was as able to determine the doneness of the meat. The potatoes that came with were good, but soft on the inside and also out, which isn't what I'd want. I had the breakfast brunch of Desi Platter which was very tasty, and quite different. One thing I will say is the price of the menu item deserved a three egg omelette, not two. The rest of the platter was really great, the paratha especially, never tried that. Would we go back, probably, but not compelled to do so right away.

My friend and I have a tradition of getting breakfast before our 9am class on Fridays, and Google reviews seemed to suggest that the Bistro was the place to go. We walked in about half an hour after opening, and the place was warm and already buzzing with a pleasant volume of conversations from a handful of filled tables. Patricia (the owner?) greeted us as soon as we entered and directed us to the menus. It's a small breakfast menu of about seven items, but what they do, they do well. I had the sunken Benny, which Patricia kindly explained to me was not at all like a traditional Benny. Instead, it was poached eggs, potatoes, corn, black beans, bell peppers, and chorizo nestled into a zesty tomato sauce. It felt a bit like a Mexican take on a shakshuka. So hearty, especially as it was served with a delicious focaccia style bread--it could cure heartache, I think. My friend ordered the omelette with a side of pancakes, and the omelette was a great balance of veggies, meat, and cheese. And the pancakes... I promise I'm not exaggerating when I say she shed tears. "10/10," she declared, marveling at the texture--somehow soft, fluffy, and bouncy. The baked goods are also all made fresh in house, and I had to get a carrot and mascarpone muffin to go. It wasn't super cheap (~$25 per person with our various sides), but it's worth it for food that fills the stomach and the heart. Can't wait to come back! Thank you, Patricia and staff!

When I was seated, I ordered the Smoked Duck Breast Benedict and coffee. The benedict was great overall. The duck meat was exceptionally good if not a little chewy while the honey mustard helped add a vibrant flavour to the entrée. The hashbrowns were solid good and crunchy. The side of fruit were very fresh and juicy to eat. The coffee was great and I saw myself having a second cup. The establishment was mildly lit and clean; aspects I usually like in a restaurant. The service was excellent. I received my food what only seemed like minutes after ordering, and the servers were very perceptive to my needs. Besides waiting, I had a great time at Delphi's, and I hope to come back there very soon to try something new.
