He told me in a condescending tone that my repair would require "a bit of work," and seemed to assume I wasn't up to the task. He mistakenly thought one part would work, then looked online for another one, which he was completely unable to explain. He finally said he had "a lot of work to do making thousands of dollars on kitchen installations" and "didn't have time for this." Worst of all, he endangered everyone's health by not wearing his mask over his nose! Avoid this crotchety, condescending dude at all costs!
