We hired them a few years ago to pave our driveway in Darien, a significant investment we expected to last for many, many years. Unfortunately, the quality of their work is shockingly poor. Our driveway is now riddled with extensive cracks and has sunk substantially in multiple areas, creating an uneven and unsightly mess not to mentioned water in my basement! This level of deterioration in such a short period of time is completely unacceptable and points to improper base preparation or low-quality materials. What is most infuriating, however, is the complete lack of accountability. I have made numerous attempts to contact Nardi Pavement to have them address this premature failure. I have left multiple voicemails over the past 2 months and have not received a single call back. They were happy to take my money, but now that there's a problem, they are nowhere to be found. A company's reputation is built not just on the initial job, but on how they stand by their work afterward. Nardi Pavement has failed on both fronts. I am now left with a failed driveway that will cost thousands to repair. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

Andy and Joe operated a machine called a mule to direct the move. This avoided the use of a heavy truck on the lawn.
