Within six months, large sections of the sealant had come up. A year later, it's even worse. These are in low-traffic areas - no cars or bikes. And no "moss," as they ridiculously tried to tell me. They offered to do a touchup, but that would have left a different texture and color on there a year later. It is important to note that their work does not carry a warranty. I did not realize this when we hired them (my fault!). Thus, they refused to make it right and redo the driveway. Presumably, they used a cheap product. Avoid at all costs; spend your money elsewhere for a driveway that will last.

We never had puddles before. We now have very large puddles, even after a light rain (see exhibit A); 2) I am not sure about the quality of their asphalt; I don't think I have ever seen plants push up through newly poured asphalt; maybe if there were crack but a brand new driveway (see exhibit B); 3) They actually paved around a stump, which I alerted them to the fact shortly after they finished paving but to no avail. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

Rebuilt a rock wall and installed heavy duty drains. and installed tubes for pluming and electric lines to go under driveway. Driveway Failed in Under 3 Years, Company is Completely Unresponsive…read more I am writing this review out of extreme disappointment and frustration with Nardi Pavement. We hired them a few years ago to pave our driveway in Darien, a significant investment we expected to last for many, many years. Unfortunately, the quality of their work is shockingly poor. Our driveway is now riddled with extensive cracks and has sunk substantially in multiple areas, creating an uneven and unsightly mess not to mentioned water in my basement! This level of deterioration in such a short period of time is completely unacceptable and points to improper base preparation or low-quality materials. What is most infuriating, however, is the complete lack of accountability. I have made numerous attempts to contact Nardi Pavement to have them address this premature failure. I have left multiple voicemails over the past 2 months and have not received a single call back. They were happy to take my money, but now that there's a problem, they are nowhere to be found. A company's reputation is built not just on the initial job, but on how they stand by their work afterward. Nardi Pavement has failed on both fronts. I am now left with a failed driveway that will cost thousands to repair. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

We had roof done and also sliding door, although the roof was good the clean up was not up to par…read morewhat the salesman said so, they did not cover the stairs on my deck and when they were finished one of the workers to my surprise was using a freaking razor blade to pick up the residue, I was shocked and told him to stop, next when we had the sliding doors put in the truck that they used put a big oil stain on my driveway, not to mention the missing piece on top. The office staff says they will get back to you but they don't.
