As a teacher, it is difficult to find time to tackle DIY projects during the school year, so I decided to call professionals to fix my driveway. Just Cracks came in with an old-school attitude. When I say old-school, I mean they cared about customer satisfaction and the quality of their work. Between plumbers, landscapers, and contractors, I have had a lot of bad experiences lately. However, Just Cracks showed me that there are still tradesmen who have pride in their work and care about the customer. They responded to me right away, made every effort to avoid being disruptive to my neighbors and I, and they cleaned up after themselves (believe it or not, that last one is rare these days). Last but not least, my driveway looks great! I'd pay double for the experience just because I was so pleased to find someone that really cared and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I hired JCM Masonry and Paving to install an asphalt pickleball court, and unfortunately, the…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. The court was poorly scoped and graded--so much so that it's completely unplayable. After an unsuccessful an attempt to repair the surface, there are now numerous uneven seams and imperfections that make the court unsafe and unusable. Communication throughout the project was severely lacking. The contractor was unresponsive, failed to provide clear updates, and did not follow through on commitments. The lack of professionalism and accountability was evident from start to finish. I strongly recommend that others do not use JCM Masonry and Paving for any paving installation work. This project was a costly mistake, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience
