And this is apparently a common problem because my great uncle died a few months before my brother and his tombstone is not placed either! I guess we will just have to place our memorial flowers on the ground this year and hope that my brother's loved ones can find his grave with no tombstone. PLUS, I clearly ordered the tombstone to be offset with a vase on one side and when my father went in to talk to them about all of this mess, they showed it to him and they centered the tombstone and then wanted to know where we wanted the vase. Then the multiple discount offers of spending xx would get you xx off, except it turned out that the pitch ALSO required getting the extended warranty. We were told we hit the minimum for free delivery. Except they changed that too & said it would actually be $39 for delivery & no, you couldn't pick it up at the store (ended up waving that, presumably because I was ready to walk away at that point) Delivery was supposed to include removing packaging and waiting for inspection. The delivery crew acted like they didn't speak English to try to get out of both. This was after being told not to let them leave without unboxing everything because there's a strict (stupid) 48hr return window because EVERYTHING is "special order" (it isn't anywhere else in town, interestingly) Last was the get the credit card pitch with a promise of 18mo interest free. That 18mo was lowered to 12mo at check out, stating the promotionhad changed... mimd you, the billing statement puts it at pay be Dec 2026... soooo, also wrong. All in all, it feels deceitful and I don't think I'll be purchasing the like from here again.

I prepared myself for a long wait & being told "there's a pandemic, we aren't taking returns" In I go, plates & receipt in hand. Greeter says her greeting & "Amazon return or store return?" I reply that it's a store return and she points me to register 8. No waiting... inhale, exhale... The gal at the register scans the items, hands me a receipt and my kohl's cash, while advising my card was credited. That was it. I thanked the gals there for making it so easy & fast. I was impressed!

I stopped into Kohl's recently and really enjoyed my visit but was hoping they'd get more bedding in stock. The selection of children's clothing is ample and I always get all my sweaters and jeans at Kohl's as they carry the brands I favor. I would love to see more leather handbags and totes. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. I always enjoy my visits to this store.

I could not find the receipt as it was the only item on the very small piece of paper that I most certainly would have never needed as 2" is what I absolutely thought I needed to do the job. The customer service associate asked for my driver's license and I handed it to him and then he proceeded to type out a in-store coupon I would be using for the smaller one I needed. As he handed it to me he stated "Twenty Dollars and some cents", I said what? It cost me almost Twenty-Nine dollars. He said that's all I get without a receipt. I then went to the little machines they have to print a receipt and the associate would not even tell me how to turn it on, no kidding, then and only then did I show dissatisfaction as I said What a Dick! Wow. I'm so mad at myself to let people like this get to me. Anyway I left with the original 2" check valve because I refused to sell it back to them nearly $10 less for a unused item purchased the day before. Therefore also being seventy (70) years young, these people at Menard's are the absolute bottom at customer service help and store policies. What a shame down the drain.

Found out the person on the floor working was a young lady named Lilly. Then to make it worse we get in line and Lilly takes another lady in front of us then leaves before checking us out. The lady that was at the register before us wanted to use her coupon so they allowed her to go grab additional products while we waited without being assisted. Thank goodness I don't ever have to shop in this location. I would recommend diversity and inclusion training.
