Just like everywhere else there are good people and bad people here. They have one bedroom full size apartments and One bedroom efficiencies for rent. Apartments are based on your income. Rent includes all utilities except cable and internet. You are allowed one non aggressive small dog, or two cats. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes in your Apartments, floor balconies, or twenty feet from any exterior door in the building. This is the first apartment building I have ever lived in. So far I am enjoying lib k by here.

My roommate at the time was causing damage to the apartment and I had told my landlord multiple times and never got her taken off the lease instead they kicked me out and i was not the one that caused the or the problems, I very much so think as a tenant my rights were violated. this place needs to be ran better and someone who knows what they are doin!!!

He said he wasn't responsible for the black mold in my apartment, or the cleaning of it. He also wouldn't have someone come in a fix my water valves for the washer as they are completely stripped, he said it wasn't his problem, the person hooking it up did it wrong. In addition, there are hundreds of stray cats that the tenants feed and neuter. It's ridiculous they come in the halls and pee the entire place stinks so bad I have to hold my breath until I get in my door.

The problem is that someone bangs on different apartment doors in the middle of he night and runs away, which absolutely terrorizes the elderly residents. The management will not put up cameras on the 2nd and 3rd floor to catch the person. This has been going on almost nightly for over a year and management refuses to take it seriously and do something to catch this cruel person terrorizing the elderly residents.
