I am listened to and able to ask questions and get practical answers... and I love it that the doctor isn't carrying a laptop computer and typing constantly. Several issues popped up on my face and chest, and I knew it needed to be addressed. I started looking for skin cancer doctors and used Best Doctors and Yelp. I narrowed it down to a handful based on reviews and ratings. One doctor stood out to me, and he was nearby. That doctor was Dr. William Chad Cragun. I called to make an appointment and was able to get seen in a couple of months. The office was very proactive in reminding me of the appointment. In fact, I received text notifications a week prior, day prior, and day of the appointment. The practice is located in a new professional building and has ample parking space. I walked into the building, and they have a large sign indicating the practice is on the second floor. Good signage is abundant which helps when it's your first trip to a location. I walked into the office and was immediately greeted by a nice receptionist. We took care of the business, insurance, forms, etc. and I waited to be called back. After a very short wait, Dr. Cragun came out to meet me. Dr. Cragun visited with me asking what he could do for me. After discussing, he gave me a thorough exam and made recommendations on what we should do. I agreed, and he prepped me for the procedure and did all the things we discussed. He took biopsies of several areas and sent them off to be examined with the turnaround time of a couple of weeks. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Cragun for this procedure. He is very friendly and easy to talk to, plus he did a great job. Will I return? Unfortunately, a medication I take makes me more susceptible to skin cancer, so we have already set up my next appointment for next year. If you live in the Spring Branch/Bulverde area, and need any kind of skin issues worked on, I highly recommend Dr. Cragun.

Glenn Litman as a very knowledgeable medical professional who also takes the time to listen. When I'm looking for medical care among qualified individuals, I am always pleasantly surprised to find someone who listens. Since that initial appointment, my family has consulted with Dr. Mann, P.A. Litman, and P.A. Longanecker at different times on different matters... from cognitive testing to UTIs to depression and ADHD. All of them are highly qualified, and they all listen... none of them has ever made us feel rushed. I have also experienced a few of the inefficiencies other reviewers mentioned, but they have been exceptions rather than the rule; and, for me, the people-oriented culture of this team far outweighs the minor inconvenience of having to occasionally follow up on some waited-for communication.
