I must say, hands-down, the technician was the absolute BEST!!! She was extremely empathetic, patient and completely supportive. She never got mad at me or seemed inconvenienced! I scheduled an MRI here and specifically requested that my lower back and hip was in the image. It all started with their credit card machine not working so I had to pay cash. I reluctantly got the MRI and while laying down on the machine I told the technician to be sure my hip was included. A few days later I got the disk and eagerly waited for my appointmen. When I went to the doctor that I had to wait months for an appointment. I get there and only my lower back is in the image. NO HIP!!! All in all I spent $1000 for an mri And the doctor appointment and didn't have the images requested by the doc. the staff is a couple kids and totally worthless.

The nurses and doctors we've seen have been friendly, informative and helpful. They have a CT scanner at the facility which helped us greatly since my mom needed a scan each time to make sure she didn't have any internal issues. We only had to wait about 30 minutes for the results and were discharged shortly after. This location is right off 281 but when putting the location in your maps app, search for The Baptist Neighborhood Hospital instead of typing in the actual address to assure you are sent straight there. There has always been ample parking with well placed handicap spots. It feels good to have an emergency room close by I can trust.

"She's not a candidate for that." "Ok. But would they help?" "I'm not going to prescribe that to her." "But would they help?" "I already told you that I'm not giving that to her." "Yea, I know. But would they help her." "Yes. They'd help. But I'm not prescribing them." Left the hospital, called a family member doctor out of state, prescribed her prednisone, her throat felt much better 15 min. later. Go to this lousy hospital at your own risk. My mother likes her care at the local hospital associated radiology. When I called they were very courteous and let me know there was a radiologist who specializes in breast imaging . Sounded great and I accepted an appointment for my mother . Only setback was the radiologist was not there everyday so it took 6 weeks to get an appointment. About 1/2 hour wait in the lobby that's ok,but after mammogram the tech left her computer open when she left the room and I could see every patient name scheduled for that day. Big no no for protecting confidentiality. we then were put in a small dressing room to wait 1.5 hours and no one explained why. ( it really was a dressing room ) next she had an ultrasound .After the ultra sound we were told by the tech everything looked ok but to come in 6 mos to repeat it. I was taken Aback that the radiologist did not come to speak with my mother .since she recommended a 6 month follow up. I won't be bringing her back to this radiology center. I prefer to use the hospital based radiology because of their timeliness, better communication and ease of scheduling.

When I fractured my back last july, I was helped onto the MRI table and they put a little cushion under my back to help me. After explaining that I had the intercostal neuralgia which is causing extreme pain they were extra helpful with getting me on and off the table and allowing me to sit for a few minutes due to the nerve pain before I left. They have always given me a copy of the scan or the mri. I tell everyone about this place because it's the only place I will go if I have a choice.

I was kept warm and cozy and even got my choice of what I wanted to listen to during my test, through headphones. I chose 70's music (I mean there is nothing better than that decade of tunes, am I right ? ). My tech Terri was amazing and updated me several times throughout the procedure. I'm not gonna lie (I don't anyway ) it was so comfortable I did catch me some zzz's haha , yes! It was that comfortable. Oh, also some brand drinks and snacks for you as you leave.
