She busted her lip good and shifted top/front teeth out of place. After we wrapped up at ER, he met us at 10:30PM at his office to put a bracket on and gently pull her teeth back into place. Not to mention at NO CHARGE! He is really the best in the area, we had such a wonderful experience for her braces journey but this really took the cake as going ABOVE and beyond for his patients!

As you see in the picture my daughter was just like new within an hour, and we will be forever grateful. Dr. Grossman seriously must have the best bedside manner you could ever ask of a doctor period, then add it was a Saturday evening. It is evident she is passionate about her calling, and we were blessed that she was able to serve us. If it wasn't for COVID, I'd have probably hugged her in gratitude.

It made what should have been a routine experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and stressful. On top of that, I was referred out for a root canal to an out-of-network specialist without that being clearly communicated to me. This ended up costing me significantly more than expected. Because of this referral, I quickly exhausted my insurance benefits and was left paying much higher out-of-pocket costs. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about this, the office was not willing to take responsibility or work toward a resolution. I was still charged an additional $647, which they would not waive despite the circumstances. Overall, this experience was frustrating both from a care standpoint and a financial transparency standpoint. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions about referrals and insurance coverage before proceeding here.

I trusted NVO Orthodontics and Dr. Itani with my smile, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I've made. They completed my treatment even though my lower teeth were still crooked and my upper front teeth were still protruding. Anyone could clearly see that the treatment was not finished properly. I repeatedly expressed that I was unhappy with the results, but my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of working with me to achieve the outcome I had paid for, they simply ended my treatment. I left the office feeling disappointed, frustrated, and hopeless. Orthodontic treatment is a significant investment of both time and money, and patients deserve to have their concerns heard and addressed--not dismissed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NVO Orthodontics. I felt like getting paid was more important to them than making sure I was satisfied with the results of my treatment.

It's not easy taking a baby to appointments like this but that consideration made it a lot easier. We were called back shortly after arriving and I was allowed to go back with my son while he had his photos and X-rays taken. Meeting Dr. Britto was fantastic. He actually did my partners braces. He had great bedside manner and really took his time to go over everything with us. One thing I really appreciated was that he took the time to mention that my son's baby teeth were taking a bit longer to come in which could change how we approached treatment. She billed my insurance over $1,000, claiming I needed a deep clean, and when I reluctantly showed up to my appointment, they proceeded to tell me the insurance only covered part of it and I needed to pay almost $400 out of pocket, and that was only for the top half. She convinced me to stay cutting the charge in half; however, the "deep cleaning" took about 12 minutes. I regret choosing this dentist.

All I'm gonna say I know they are new but please do not take patients especially for the extraction procedures if you don't have experienced doctors or the right equipments available.. It was the most horrible and painful experience for me .. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there and most definitely I'm not going back there again ...
