Went to Stone Soup finally for the first time with a couple of friends. We loved the decor and I especially loved the music; lots of Beatles! Our server was very nice and attentive. I got the pulled pork platter and especially liked the mac and cheese on the side! The coleslaw was also a good choice. My friends got a burger and the rigatoni al forno, with a margherita flatbread which was a special. I thought the prices were very reasonable as well! A nice and atmospheric place with an interesting interior, good service, and a decent beer selection. The menu is creative and has some unique items! Unfortunately, the burgers were a bit disappointing - the meat was overcooked, and both the buns (too cheap) and fries felt cheap and lacked flavor. wonderful new place! our party of 4 tried the brussel sprouts appetizer everyone has been raving about-very good! perfect amount of sweetness split between 4 people, may be too sweet if split between 2. we also had the drunken master, chicken scallapini, george's bank, and a side of fries. everyone was happy! service is still new and getting into the swing of things, but the staff is on top of communication. food came out fairly quickly and very hot. music is a little loud for the older guests i was with, but otherwise a very nice, bright ambiance. more of an upscale option for the area without being snobby. looking forward to coming back soon! read more

I had the "surf & turf" burger while they were doing a special. the truffle alioli is the best i've ever had. we had the sweetest server - I could tell she was new but she worked so hard and answered all of our questions. we were in and out in an hour. everything was quick, fresh and hot! they have a robust menu and great specials. I haven't had a chance to eat outside yet, but i've heard great things. the indoor decor is absolutely beautiful - modern and fun! the schedule can be a little tricky so make sure you check in advance if they're open, before going. we will be regulars. highly recommend. read more

Sister in law said it was the best pork chop she's ever had. Inside is nice but check out the back and forget where you are.
