We stopped by here because we saw that they were hosting Trivia Night & we were craving soup/banana bread. All I can say is...YUM. I got the curry and it was literally some of the best curry that I have ever had. There was not a single drop left in my bowl, by the time I was done with it. I screenshotted a photo from their Instagram to attach to this review, because I forgot to take a photo of it, before I started eating it. Absolutely delicious. My fiancé got the blueberry lemon banana bread and the zuppa toscana soup! He LOVED it. Oh, we also got to listen to some killer spoken poetry in between trivia rounds. Heartfelt, raw, & real. I love how the entire inside is decorated-moody, dark-colored walls, warm Edison lightbulb string lights, & gorgeous art on the walls. I took a photo for reference. Super cozy. Can't wait to go back for poetry night. Also, "penciling" this place in as a great future study spot. Thanks for the awesome experience & yummy food! We had a wonderful time!

They also were sure to include plates and utensils. The food itself was all delicious. The breakfast tray came with these delicious savory rolls ups made with egg and bacon. The muffins were a hit and the scones were so moist and delicious. The dessert tray was also indulgent with yummy brownies and treats. Everyone enjoyed everything they had to offer. I discovered this place after the big snow fall. Someone posted on Nextdoor that they deliver for free if you order a certain amount, for my area it has to be over 35.oo and took just about an hour. Before this delightful discovery I went to Panera Bread for my sandwich and soup needs, but stopped about a month prior because...smh, rolling my eyes and feeling perturbed just thinking about them so, I'll leave it at that. All I'll say is PB lost a good customer. On high raves from my neighborhood I decided to give Stone Soup a try. I have since gone once a week! Yup. Meatloaf was my first try - pass. It was cut too thin, so you couldn't even taste the loaf with all the wonderful veggies that were piled on it. Chicken salad sandwich - YUMMY! Tuna salad sandwich - my favorite thus far, it's awesome!! BLT is very delish BUT, when I ordered the half size the bacon was piled on - great - right, but when I ordered the full sandwich, not so much.That was a let down. But if you're in a BLT mood, this hits the spot. Western Roast Beef with all the fixings is onolicious. I got mine on a sub roll once, and white bread the next time because they ran out of sub buns, both winners. The Veggie - it comes with cheese and mayo so if your a vegan, remember that. It was also very good and always, these sandwiches thus far come so fresh. Impressive. Egg salad sandwich - perfect mixture and flavor. All come with a small cookie, it's a cookie I don't care for so I ask for a mint in it's place. I have not tried the soups or salads. I am not a salad person and so far they have not had a soup I care to have. I wish and hope they'll eventually add a tomato bisque. I also recommend the baked potato salad to go with your sandwich, it's so yum. Last Saturday I tried their rice crispy rectangle, it was not to my liking because it was quite dry. They deliver coffee too, which I think is fabulous. I drink the hot mocha and it's made well, not a huge thick mess at the bottom of my cup.Lastly, twice ordered their bread and butter, sourdough as my choice of bread. The first time it was so, so delicious, cut thick and perfectly toasted with a nice spread of butter goodness, so, I eagerly looked forward to the same the second time, but was greatly disappointed when the bread was thin sliced and too much butter, soaking and overwhelming the bread, making it soggy. I think we should be given a choice, thick or thin. It's on the pricey side for simple bread and butter, so it should be a decent slice in my opinion. A few items are grossly overpriced, like a boiled egg or a bag of chips, but overall not anywhere near as bad as PB and, frankly, I feel good about giving Stone Soup my business over a big corp like PB. Supporting our small businesses is very important. Big businesses get more than their share. I also support Kagen Coffee and Crepes just for that reason alone. Why go to McDs for coffee, who clearly don't need our money, help the little folks who work so hard to keep themselves afloat. Stone Soup is a delightful discovery and I'll be loyal to them until they mess up. I'm patient and allow for quite a bit of mess ups, but will eventually move on, so please, Stone Soup - keep up the good work. Right now I'm a devoted fan. The thing I do miss about PB is how they stand by serving organic, high quality meats and veggies. This should be a normal standard for all food establishments. read more

Came here on a Wednesday and got to try a cup of Chicken Enchilada soup... it was awesome! I also got a half sized Country Club which was pretty good also. The ingredients are wholesome and it feels like you could make these sandwiches in your own kitchen with ingredients from the grocery store... which is why I gave this a 4/5 instead of 5/5. For people like me (who have an empty pantry more often than not), this was a great meal and a fresh break from the typical out-and-about food you're likely to find. But for people looking for food that entices them out of their own kitchens? Not exactly your best bet. The portion sizes were fantastic and the price is fair. It doesn't look like much compared to some other $10 dishes, but it sure fills you up and feels like a well rounded meal. Also the cookie was a great touch.
