Large selection of tile which was the focus of going to this location. I wish pricing was a little more transparent, but I get why it isn't. I'm used to that, so I am not going to ding this place for what seems to be an industry common practice. The real win was going to Skyline Surfaces Inc. I am not sure exactly what their relationship is but for surface slab selection Skyline was the best place I visited in the area. Large selection, great customer service (even without the contractor present) AND being charged by the square foot as opposed to the full slab. I was kind of surprised to hear about this while being at ProSource, but it turned out to be 100% true. The work still needs to come together with materials delivered, but unless you see an update here assume there were no issues on that side of the equation either. read more

As a contractor who uses a different location for their primary account, I have NEVER had an issue until I sent customers to this location. I sent them in with the intent to look at samples in order for our company to place the order through them instead the sales lady insisted that our customer go directly through them to the point that no information was relayed to us even though our customer informed them of our account and had the sales lady call us to verify the account. So to say they were unaware of our account is wrong when she called to even verify it. CONTRACTORS BEWARE! They are not for you, they are for themselves. read more

This is not the place to visit for quality tiles. We are from Miami and our daughter was looking for a tile similar to what we have in our house, bathroom etc which looks like wood, doesn't slip and it's actually tile so it can be easily mopped. We were shown different colors and the tile she ended up selecting cannot be mopped. The installer wasn't sure it was an interior tile, but prosource confirmed it was interior and we found out my daughter was cleaning with a broom since any mopping material would be ripped trying to mop. I doubt my daughter is the only one with this issue. We ended up paying over $1k to have the floor cleaned, waxed after spending over $7k in entire project. Tile: GENCEHE8x48 HERITAGE 8x48 anti slip color:natural The description missing "no mopping" Unfortunately, the company that came to clean & wax to be able to mop the tile said this is a common occurrence in Orlando. Manufacturers of these caliber are able to sell their products in stores that don't test or stand by their products. read more

We were referred to this place by our GC and its been a horrible experience. Even with an appointment our agent left us to help other people. Once we ordered the trouble really began. They missed numerous things on our order and always made us feel unimportant and an inconvenience since they were so busy. We kept having to call and ask about they items that they should have asked us about like do we have a chance when building our vanity for sink options , do we need to order a drain, what are the shulter options.... thank goodness we remembered so we wouldn't have to wait on these things during construction. The kicker is that NO ONE in the pick up office had a mask on. Great news!!! The General Manager, James Ferrell at Prosource Orlando contacted me after he saw my negative post about the defective tile that I bought at his store. In all fairness, I didn't ask to talk to the manager when I called to tell them about my defective tile. I was just told they couldn't do anything for me. James came to my house to see it for himself! He was very apologetic and said he would call the manufacturer. About 2 weeks later I had a representative from the manufacturer at my house to look at the tile. A few weeks later James called and said he didn't hear back from the manufacturer yet, but he wanted to make this right and he was going to reimburse me for what I paid for the tile!! I can say that James did the right thing and I am very pleased that he personally took this on!! James personally came to my house to deliver me my check!!! I bought a home and, for the 1st time, I needed to buy vinyl planks to replace the carpet in 4 bedrooms. So, I did extensive research about local stores and ended up finding Prosource. I honestly was not too impressed with their online reviews, but decided to give them a try after they seemed very knowledgeable on the phone, plus they had very competitive pricing. Then I started communing with a sale rep, Craig, who basically was not responsive enough - sometimes he would take days to respond an email from me, and his answers did not fulfill his obligations as a salesman. So just when I was about to give up on Prosource, I called to escalate the issue to James, a supervisor, so at a minimum, he knew why I was going elsewhere for vinyl planks. James put me in touch with Mandy, who finally began helping me out. But due to COVID, Mandy became overloaded, and thus had to ask Lauren to help me... and that's when things started turning around. From that point forward, Lauren shined and I began getting all I needed as a customer very efficiently (and I am a VERY demanding customer). What I liked: - Professionalism - Lauren is always professional and cordial - Reliability - Lauren always keeps her commitments - Patient - because I am very detail-oriented, I always ask many questions and go deep into the quote details (a LOT more than the usual customer)... and Lauren always patiently responded to all my questions, concerns and requests Opportunity for improvement: - Prosource ought to consider keeping only the good sales people So, in summary, I highly recommend Lauren and Prosource for any of your vinyl flooring needs. read more

They do have a great selection of ALL types flooring, counter tops, cabinets and tiles for all surfaces (except ceiling perhaps??) Sales force is very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Good about allowing samples to go home too. This is the place if you are willing to give up the single source responsibility for the installation and the added potential of worker's lien that can result. ProSource will only provide the materials, so you will need to find, hire and manage the installers. They have referrals, but we personally had struggles with the four suggestions provided and found a great guy through another venue. You can "will call"pick up to save a few bucks if you have the means to haul the couple tons of tile you might be thinking about. Took me 4 loads (4- pallets @ 3K# each). I really should have taken the delivery option @ $225 - Oh, which is also sourced outside of ProSource. We were mislead on a couple of things that caused us extra work and part of a weekend lost. The worse was the grout suggested and paid for was suppose to be a product with the sealer in the grout. ("upgraded, no sealing required"). I hate to say this but "upgraded" product was not the case. ProSource did provide us some sealer product, for us to do, or hire out on our dime. The rub is that this added effort was for sealing a 1300 sq. ft. grout project. Sorry but that is good part of a "on your knees" weekend getting the installation completed, ans for that, I'm a bit less than delighted. read more

If there was an option to give zero stars, that would more closely match the horrible service, follow up and outright lies I have received from the Orlando ProSource team. I had a large project going where I used both ProSource of Orlando for fixtures, and ProSource of Brevard for tile and other materials. What a difference! Brevard team is professional, reliable and their follow up is the best in the business. The Orlando team however has told me for three weeks my fixtures had shipped and they would be calling me back the same day with a tracking number. This has been going on now for three weeks with the exact same story (lies) told to me each time. I do understand supply chain disruptions. Just be honest with me. I won't even get into the order screw up in the first place. Hard to believe they both carry the same name when owned by two separate entities. Sad that the Orlando ProSource is dragging down and well respected name. read more

We were able to purchase a much higher quality carpet at ProSource than at Lowes or Home Depot for the same price as their cheap stuff. The contractor ProSource recommended to install the carpet was fantastic. He was fast and even 30 months later the job looks great. And he installed the product in such a way that used less material saving me cost. All in all a great experience. read more

Do not buy from here. I ordered very pricey 30 sf of backsplash expecting comparable quality. I had to pay in full in advance which must be their entire business plan because they can't make money based on their poor customer service. After the material arrived about two weeks late I went to pick it up and inspected it. The first box had 6 damaged sheets with cracks and chips, 2 with water stains (rust and calcium) and two were okay. At this point I didn't have enough quality material to do the job so I refused delivery and asked for my money back in full. They agreed and said my money would be refunded by Monday. After six weeks, dozens of unreturned calls, an unanswered BBB complaint, and a credit card dispute and a call to the owner, I have about 85% of my money back. read more

Back in December we ordered a stone backsplash from Pro Source. After about 4 weeks I call to check on it. It took numerous calls to get Chip Seeley. He said that the product was discontinued and was trying to find an alternate source and get a sample. I said ok. After another 2 weeks I call back numerous times. Left messages on his phone and with the operators. He never returned my call. I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund since it was discontinued. Finally on 2/20 I ask the operator to speak to the manager. She left my name and number on his desk and I later got a call back from Chip to process the refund. I had ordered laminate a couple years before and that process went fairly smoothly but this has left a sour taste in my mouth for the place. read more

Very good service until it was time to return the unused and unopened boxes of tile from our job. BE CAREFUL! Prosource only allows returns within 30 days of pickup...which is a VERY unfriendly policy. All other tile companies allow returns after 30 days...but not PS! Most construction jobs have delays....so they (PS) knows this and thus YOU will be stuck with ALL the tile after 30 days. I won't buy again from them due to this policy. read more
