Deli counter inside a small grocery store, but still worth a stop! Had the special- a Reuben sandwich that came with a choice of fruit, potato salad or coleslaw. Potato salad and sandwich were good (and big). Also had carrot cake that was amazing! Cute place for a casual lunch and to pick up some groceries. Nice staff that were welcoming!

Everyone here is so friendly. We stopped in for a quick breakfast before Fort Davis. They had fresh sandwiches and burritos. It's a grocery store and meat market all in one. Hot and cold brew nitro coffee available.

Nice quaint little deli market. We drove through on our way from Big Bend to Midland Airport. This place was recommended by a local, and it was one of the few places open on a Monday. We enjoyed our sandwiches, breakfast tacos, cookies, and soup. Everyone, including the clientele was friendly.

Super cute place! It's a deli and mini grocery store. We ordered two veggie sandwiches - there is no preset veggie sandwich, you build the sandwich yourself based on their toppings. I usually like having a pre-designed option, but we opted a veggie with provolone cheese, cucumber, avocado, spinach and tomato sandwich. It was fresh and delicious. We also ordered some cheese pimento to-go for late-night eats and picked up some beer to pair with our pimento! It was a great decision. The only weird part was that everyone sitting down turned and stared at us when we walked in. I imagine a lot of tourists stop by here, and maybe they enjoy the people watching, but it did feel a little awkward.

I stopped in to grab something for breakfast and lunch before heading out to hike in Davis Mountain State Park. Immediately on entering, I was greeted by a friendly, helpful employee that showed me what options they had. I grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich from their hot area. Of note, they also had kolaches, breakfast tacos, and cinnamon rolls. The breakfast sandwich was alright - it was a little dry and could use a sauce of sorts on it. Then, I ordered a sandwich, which was made to order. I appreciated how many topping options they had, which ultimately resulted in a very filling sandwich. For my side, I got a cup of fruit. I liked that it wasn't a melon based fruit cup! Rather, it had grapes, pineapple, and kiwi. Yum! I also got an Honest Tea from their refrigerator. They had tons of great options other than soda/energy drinks. This store also had a lot of great looking pantry items (some local) as well as fresh produce if you're staying in Fort Davis for a longer period of time or need to restock during an RV trip. They definitely offer much more than a typical gas station store, which is often your only option on a road trip. The final thing I noted was that everyone else visiting the store all seemed to know each other. It was a really nice experience people watching while I waited for my sandwich - it's nice to see a small town like Fort Davis with a thriving, close-knit community!

Wow! What a gem of a place. Can't go wrong any type of sandwich you choose, build your own from lots of choices. Seems to be a family business, love seeing them teach the next generation the ropes. Also sell some specialty foods and delicious sides.

Great store and deli. Stopped for ice tea, and stayed for the Rachel's special (beef pastrami sandwich on toasted rye).

That said, it's a cool spot with great people and I'd happily go back. I ordered their signature breakfast sandwich, egg, bacon, and cheese on a biscuit. It was good, not mind-blowing. The biscuit was a little dry, which was a bummer since that's supposed to be the star of the show. I kept wishing for some butter or sauce to bring it together. On the flip side, I also grabbed a slice of cake and that was excellent, easily my favorite thing I ate there. For drinks, I got a matcha latte. They warned me the matcha was a bit earthy and suggested adding sweetener, which I did. I always wonder if "earthy" is code for lower-quality matcha, if ceremonial matcha doesn't really need sugar, but with the sweetener it was totally fine and enjoyable. The space itself is cute and very Marfa. It's in a converted gas station that's part coffee shop, part vintage clothing store, with vintage motorcycles to keep the gas station theme going. There are only a couple of tables, and it's not really a place I felt like lingering with a book or a laptop. More of a grab-a-coffee-and-move-on kind of spot. If you're visiting Marfa and heading out to explore, it's perfect for that. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. They were attentive, brought my food to the table even though they initially said it would be window pickup, and the place is dog-friendly, very relaxed, and unpretentious. I'd absolutely come back the next time I'm in town.

This is a very chill shop with relaxing vibes in the creative town of Marfa Texas. Marfa, by the way, is a pretty awesome place to visit :)
