I'm going to give Staybridge Suites 5 stars, not because it is a 5 star hotel, but it has a lot to…read moreoffer for this level of hotel. First of all, the customer service is great. From our welcome to our checkout, all interactions with the staff were positive. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Each suite has a living area and kitchen separate from the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with the basics a person needs for their stay. It is an extended stay hotel (we only stayed 2 days), so they offer light housekeeping daily, but a deep cleaning if you are staying longer than a week. Other amenities offered are a complimentary breakfast with many hot and cold choices (waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, etc), a small business center, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a nice outdoor space with lots of seating and bbq grills. There is an evening reception on Monday-Thursday(I believe), which offered complimentary drinks and a meal. On the Thursday that we were there, they were serving hamburgers and salads. I thought this was a very nice amenity, especially if you are staying for a while and don't want to eat out at every meal. The location is also great. It is adjacent to the University of Arkansas campus, directly across the street from the baseball complex. I will highly recommend this location for those staying in the Fayetteville area, especially for events at U of A.

AC was a little hard to balance, woke up the first morning and it was freezing in my room! That's it for the "bad" stuff, no joke. The lavatory faucet was very stout and stylish. The bathroom and sleeping area was super clean. Towels were amazing. The bed wasn't too soft, had a nice balance. (i normally hate hotel beds) Bar was very cool. Didn't try the restaurant but had a nice menu. TV good. Has a room safe and refrigerator. Super clean halls, elevator, main floor. Great decor. Very smartly designed. Overall, the vibe of this hotel was ultra cool. Laid back, but with a groovy couture! Very modern south to me. The price and location can not be beat. 7 minutes from University of Arkansas driving. 2 minutes from the main bar/restaurant district. The Theater is right around the corner. Very reasonable price. Finally, the staff was so amazing. From the door person, to the folks behind the front desk. i was in/out for 3 days, every one was smiling and friendly and super helpful. Overall, this isn't a brand new, super elegant hotel. The Graduate is a very well done, elevated hotel experience with an awesome staff and great location. Highly recommend. 6-Stars.

We went to a wedding here on a beautiful November afternoon, and this place is just wonderful. I…read morewasn't able to see the entire breadth of the grounds, but what I did see was a truly elegant experience. The drive up to the Inn is pretty easy-- you get off the highway, go through a couple neighborhoods and you're there. It's completely enclosed in trees (even though it's right around the corner from the U of A stadium), and they offer a decent size parking lot for your parties to park. The only thing that is slightly confusing is that there is no one there to guide you where to go. There was more than one wedding going on the day that we were there, and although there are signs that guide you where to park, there aren't signs guiding you to where your party is located. But regardless of that, when you walk up to the Inn itself, there is a beautiful fountain and quaint landscaping that surrounds a circular driveway. The porch on the building is superb-- something right out of the old south, complete with ceiling fans and all. They offer seating on the porch as well as a TV! Our party was located around the porch on a flagstone porch that led into a dining room. On the flagstone porch they had the wedding chairs set up and a nice little set up for the bridal party to stand under. When the ceremony was over we had to carry the white chairs ourselves (kind of ghetto in my opinion) into the dining area to eat. Inside the dining room, they offered a nice fall-esque set up on each table complete with candles and pumpkins. The food was all buffet style with southern food and finger food, which was brought in by the bridal parties. The place was really nice overall, especially for outdoor weddings-- if you're a spectator. I'm not sure how the process went for the booking of the wedding. But I was pleased as a visitor.
