You don't want to have to deal with the management of this business. Spend your money elsewhere like Hawley, Twin Rivers, UP, or any other apartment complex. At least the high costs of living will be a bit more worth it there.

They put on a front that they are luxury living, but they are not. The only reason I leased this…read moreplace was because of the movie theater and hot tub, but they got rid of the movie theater and the hot tub hasn't been open since before the pandemic. Laundry machines don't work, & your personal belongings are not respected in the communal laundry room. The lobby is very nice to fool you into thinking the rest of the building is also as nice, but its pretty average overpriced student housing. Customer service is unsatisfactory. The keycards don't work well, the parking garage is tight and leaks rust all over the cars. Walls are too thin and can hear everything from not only the neighbors in the next door apartment, but can also hear every single thing from outside. The fire alarms are too sensitive and they go off multiple times a day. The windows do not open which is pretty inconvenient as well as does not help the fire alarm situation. You can not turn the temperature down past 70 degrees in the rooms. No kitchen drawers in some of the apartments, no windows in the living rooms and kitchen. Front door to apartment broken for months, and was not readily taken care of. this was very unsettling considering anyone throughout the building could have been able to get in. Coffee cups in the lobby are not properly restocked. Printer never works. Fit kitchen makes the whole place smell like fish.
