So pleased with this practice! My daughter has terrible anxiety when it comes to dentists. From the office staff to the dentist, she was made to feel comfortable and safe. She got through a tooth extraction with just laughing gas...something we were considering full sedation for. My daughter had her buccal ties, posterior tongue tie, and upper lip tie all released when she was 4 weeks old. Dr.B was absolutely amazing. So sweet, down to earth and you can tell he really cares for his patients. He is very thorough with explaining the diagnosis and care plan, and knows exactly what he's doing. My daughter was in and out of the procedure all within 5 minutes. Dr. B is fast, yet precise and really knows his stuff. Her ties healed completely, and she is a new baby. Before, she struggled to eat, swallow, or even open her mouth. She constantly was in excruciating pain from all the gas in her tummy from swallowing air during feeds. Her oral ties gave her such a hard time getting a proper latch. She couldn't use her face! Now, she can eat so much, has zero gas issues, is smiling so big and even laughing. My daughter fell and knocked her front tooth out on a Saturday evening when most pediatric dentistry offices were closed for the day. I was in complete panic mode and scared that I would have to take my daughter to the urgent care. I found Stonebrook Pediatric dentistry on a google search and saw on their website that they had a chat feature to ask a question and a staff member would get back with you. The message stated I would receive a text message response back. As I was waiting for my text, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Dr. Bhaumik himself. He asked specific questions, then calmed me down and reassured me that we did not need to take her to the urgent care and provided instructions to help her with the pain. I was so happy and thankful for the extra effort he took to make a phone call to help calm me. He informed me his nurse Beth would call me first thing that upcoming Monday, and like clockwork she did! They set my daughter up with an appointment that same week. Her visit went smoothly and she even enjoyed herself and the staff. Mind you my daughter is only two, and I struggle with brushing her teeth and cleaning her mouth. What do you know, she opened right up for the doctor and let the nurses give her an x-ray with no fuss or issues. I was so pleasantly surprised and so happy with her comfort level with everyone! Had worst experience with the staff. They change prices based on the situation. I was given different prices with in couple of weeks for the same treatment. When asked, they are saying that prices has increased since last time ( in 2 week). This is very bad practice. read more

We were referred here by our pediatrician for a tongue and lip tie correction for our 2 month old. We definitely recommend Dr. B as he took time before the correction to go over the procedure and after care. As new parents and with a newborn, we were nervous but everyone at this office made us feel welcome, at ease and cared for. Everyone is knowledgeable about the procedure and overall dental care for children. The procedure and healing process could not have gone better. Dr. B called us at night, after her procedure to check in to see how she is doing. We felt very cared for that he did this. Our baby now has full range of her tongue and lip! We also really liked how this procedure included a before visit, and several aftercare visits to ensure everything went smoothly, which it did. I can't say enough good things about Stonebrook Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. B and his amazing staff are incredible with children - patient, friendly, and accommodating. I was a bit apprehensive myself about finding a dentist for my 5-year-old son. He has major anxiety around meeting new people, especially in a clinical setting. The entire staff went out of their way to make my little boy feel comfortable. They spoke to him at his level, talked him through all the steps, and only proceeded when he was ready. I have never seen an office that is more committed to treating children and making them feel safe and supported! My son actually came home and asked when he could go back to see Dr. B again! Wow, we just had an incredible experience at Dr. B's office with our 2.5 year old daughter. As you know, toddlers can be emotional and things can quickly become overwhelming. We were warmly greeted by Beth at the front desk and she showed our daughter the play area and made her feel at home. Our toddler wasn't sure about lying down to have her teeth checked out, so Dr.B just did the exam as she sat on the chair in her princess dress and explained everything he was doing. Dr. B and the ladies in the office are so nice, both of my son and my daughter seeing Dr. B here. My son was not building a good habit of brushing routine, last check up Dr. B requested to have him come back in 3 months instead, that really changed the game. The setup is very user friendly and it's the only pediatric dentistry I can find in Frisco that doesn't charge for baby check-ups until after they turn 2. Loved it! This is such a tough time for businesses... especially those that provide personal services...this office has thought very carefully about the user experience and our experience was great. The online forms were intuitive (kind of like TurboTax ). The communication was timely and the expectations for arriving at the office during COVID were clearly communicated. Not to mention the staff was kind, personable, didn't ask the same questions 15 times (which makes me mad when I've spent 45 minutes filling out forms then I'm aksed the same questions in the office), and the doctor was wonderful! The people here are amazing! Every single one of them are all smiles, helpful and sweet! We had some issues with my son and I lug around an 18month old. They played with my daughter while the Dr looked at my son and my son took to him instantly! My son had to have his tongue tie laser. My 3 girls always love going to visit Dr. B. Him and all of his staff are amazing. They are taking all of the necessary steps to make sure the little ones are safe while they are visiting the office during this time. There is also a new questionary for COVID-19 that patients have to complete before making it into the office, they are taking temperatures at the front office before each appt, and parents must to wear a face mask. I took my 2.5yo daughter to this dentist on 05/11/2020 with a broken tooth. I was referred to this dentist by another dentist who did not treat children, they squeezed us into their schedule to get my daughters tooth extracted ASAP. The women at the front desk was very rude to my mother. The tooth had to be extracted, so they strapped her down and my husband held her down while they numbed the area and extracted the tooth. 2 days later I was able to finally get her to let me have a good look at her tooth, a large piece of it was left inside the gums. My husband had asked about the white spot on her gums immediately after the extraction was performed and he was told that it was "dead gums". I believe that the dentist knew that he had left part of the tooth in the gums and that he was in a rush because he had other clients waiting that had scheduled appointments. I was very upset about this because what my 2.5yo has to go through was already very traumatic and she had to go through being strapped and held down with a tooth extracted all over again simply because the dentist was in a rush. I called the dentist and the same women that was rude to my mom answered, I explained what happened and she told me she'd call me back after she spoke to the dentist. When she called me back she gave me a time to come back to the office and when I asked her what we'd have to do to fix the tooth she said "I don't know, I'm not the dentist. You can talk to him when you get here." I got to the dentist a couple minutes before my appointment and they didn't get me in until 35 minutes after I was told to be there. They actually called me about 10 minutes after I got there and told me that they were ready for me to come back, then they told me they actually called the wrong person. They made me wait in my car with my 2.5yo and my 6mo because their waiting room was closed. I cannot believe how unprofessional the front office staff was, especially after they messed up on my daughters dental work. Not to mention the fact that they rushed my daughters extraction and left part of her tooth in her gums, then they made us wait 35 minutes into our scheduled appointment time. My daughter had to endure twice as much pain and trauma because of this dentist. read more

The ratings are not a lie. This is hands down the best pediatric dentistry that you could choose. I was very please with how nice, cheerful,clean and child friendly everything was when I first took my five year old son for a routine cleaning back in July. While there I noticed they did free tongue tie evaluations. My infants tongue was tongue tied but her pediatricians weren't exactly sure if it needed to be cut. They suggested taking her to a dentist. So I brought her to Dr. B. Who informed us that she was severely tongue tied and also her upper lip as well. His bedside manner through all of the appointments has been amazing. HE CALLED US AT HOME THE NIGHT OF THE SURGERY TO CHECK ON MY DAUGHTER'S RECOVERY! I cannot rave about this Dr enough. When you're waiting in a room or out at the front you can here the staff laughing and just very happy to be at work. That attests to the character of this dr.
