She was so warm and welcoming and explained their menu, answered my questions about the beers available and gave me the best lunch experience I could ask for. July I was just in Paris so I ordered the dinner size beef bourguignon and it was DELICIOUS. Very tender and flavorful and melt on your mouth. Lean meat that wasn't mostly fat and the reduction was to die for. Came with obviously hand prepared mashed potatoes which made me close my eyes. I love a good potato. Especially mashed. I also ordered a lager and tried the ice cream as well as the sourdough (sourced from Italy and baked in house) I don't know what more I could have asked for. We even had a great chat. I don't believe anything happens by chance in life and I'm glad my path finally aligned me here. See you next week!

And now I know why. Hubby and I tried this restaurant this week and are already anxious to return. It is a small site with nine tables located in a strip mall. The decor is lovely and you feel very welcome and cozy. It is easy to find and has plenty of parking. We ordered chicken paprikash and beef bourguignon for our entrees. Both were fantastic. Hubby said his bourguignon is better and for the sake of my marriage, I'll agree. For you Yelpers, there is not much difference between his and theirs, especially since you'll never taste his. Both were outstanding. And who would think that a couple slices of sour dough bread with herbed butter can be that delicious? I've NEVER had better sour dough bread. This went so well with a nice Bordeaux that we ordered along with the potato pancakes with smoked salmon. I am so anxious to go back and try other entrees. Debora was our server and she was on top of her game, even as busy as the restaurant was. She was so personable and sincerely smiled throughout our lunch. Ambiance doesn't really get consideration as it was parked outside of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Service - There wasn't much to speak to in the way of service. The lady who took my order was nice. Food - I ordered the meat pierogis which I believe had a minced pork inside. My order came with four pierogis and some sour cream to dip them in. My coworker got the mushroom and sauerkraut pierogis. We swapped a pierogi so we could try both and I must say I liked the mushroom and sauerkraut a lot more! It was very flavorful. The meat one was good too, but the meat didn't pack much flavor compared to the other one. Overall, it was a decent lunch. I expected the pierogis to have more crunch to them (like a gyoza or pot sticker), but they were very soft on the outside. I enjoyed them despite that surprise. Overall, this was a good first introduction to Polish cuisine. I would likely eat here again, but I would probably try something different next time. The meatloaf sandwich sounded interesting.
