    Yummy Yummy pierogi !!!!

Very delicious pierogi , great service, the sour cream and onion is a must have to go with cheese and potatoes pierogi for me!

A delicious sausage -- but just not worth the $$.

King's Sausage came to my office building yesterday (February 1). I was heading out for lunch and saw him, so I thought I'd save myself some time. I had a Kielbasa sausage, which was delicious. There was a great snap on it; the meat was flavorful, and it was maybe one of the best sausages I've ever had. However, it was really expensive - $8 or $9 (I can't remember which) for just the sausage. No side, no drink, nothing. Just the sausage. I could have spent the same money at a lot of places in the neighborhood and gotten an equally good meal, and gotten a better bang for my buck. So, while the food was great, I can't get behind the pricing.

DELICIOUS!!!!! We lucked out finding this truck outside of Smiths off Silvarado Ranch and Maryland. The menu is short and sweet, which is great for a food truck! They charge .50 cents to use a card (sqaure). The sausages are $10 each with a great selection of toppings to choose from! I enjoyed the kielbasa with mustard only and no bread! it was perfect, the crunch from the grill and the freshness of the meat made us want more! The sausage options were: kielbasa, beer brat, sweet habanero and italian. He aso offers other items, I was focused on the sausages!

It's a bit of a 3.5, but it'll do. I've been eyeing King's Sausage during my fairly regular trips to the weekly "Food Truck Party" gathering outside Total Wine & More near Fry's, and I finally opted to try them today. It wasn't quite my first experience with them - that happened last year when I shared decent but perhaps overly salty pierogies with friends at another food truck event - but I decided to give it a proper go today. The woman operating front-of-truck, if you will, recommended the bratwurst when I asked. I decided to order this (presumably listed as beer brats) for $8, and it was prepared quite quickly atop a pretzel roll along with the complimentary toppings that I'd requested: caramelized onions, mustard, and a side of chipotle sauce. I was actually browsing another food truck when she surprised me with my order. Flavor-wise, the sausage and toppings combine to make everything you'd want in a bratwurst sandwich. I ended up using all of the chipotle sauce too when I realized that it wasn't that spicy, especially when spread atop all the other non-spicy components. Maybe I'll try the pickles next time, although I was concerned for it being too sour. My main gripe was that the pretzel roll became more and more the dominant part of the flavor profile, and on top of that, didn't have quite the chew that you'd want in a good bun. Perhaps I'll have to give King's Sausage a 3rd try next time. One gentleman nearby seemed about as outwardly impressed by his pierogies as you can be, and I need to double-check with the gentleman from the other food truck on what he specifically likes on this menu. For now, I'm rounding up to 4* because of service and because I tend to expect less from food trucks in truck.

Pierogies in Las Vegas! Stuffed cabbage in Las Vegas! I stumbled upon my favorites from back home at The Sunday Farmer's Market on Eastern. We were only in that parking lot because we had a Beach Hut Deli craving, but we couldn't pass on pierogies. We tried the Potato & Cheese Pierogies. Yum! They were delicate and delicious with buttery grilled onions and sour cream on top. I can't wait to try the rest of the pierogi flavors, sausage, and stuffed cabbage. We talked to the owner since we wanted to pay compliments to the chef. He said that he is at The Farmer's Market about once a month. Follow him on social media to find out when he'll be at the market. Next time I'm in this area it'll be for King's Sausage!

Ok, not my best photo but only because I was busy eating this deliciousness. Potato & cheese pierogies. Perfectly carmelized onions. And a dollop of daisy ... I mean sour cream. I ate all 6 because they were that good. I was busy running errands on Xmas eve and the friendly food truck owner was busy serving up the goodness. Homemade. Cannot wait to try more of the menu now. Was my first time to find the King's Sausage truck but most certainly not my last.

"Kielbasa" (onions, peppers and mustard on a pretzel bun) @ King's Sausage - 11/11/17

I have had King's Sausage bookmarked for a good long minute. When I noticed they were one of the food vendors at this years Aviation Nation at Nellis AFB this year, I knew what I'd be having for lunch! This truck by far had one of the longest lines of all the food vendors. The ladies who took my order were so nice. I was given a ticket after placing my order and waited off to the side with the other waiting customers. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order and there was ketchup, mustard and napkins on a table for customers. Potato and Cheese Pierogies ($8) - There was 6 pierogies in the order and they were topped with caramelized onions and sour cream. Good amount of filling inside and very good flavor. Definitely something I'd order again. Kielbasa ($8) - The menu said all sausages are served on a pretzel bun. I was able to pick any toppings I wanted and went with caramelized onions, bell peppers and mustard. I thought the sausage tasted good and I love pretzel buns, but felt the sausage could have been bigger to match up with the size of the bun. I was able to bite both ends of the bun before getting any sausage. They have some other sausages on the menu I'd like to come back and try. They sometimes also offer burgers and other special menu items. You can check social media to see where they will be next.

I stumbled onto King's before attending an event at CraftHaus Brewery. It was amazing because I love pierogis so I knew it would be a stop on the way out. The gal running the front of the truck was super friendly and gave me a menu to take. My order was already planned. Potato and Cheese. And the Meat pierogi. When we made our way back to the truck after some small beer samplings, I was saddened to learn they were out of the potato. Devastated actually. I'm still crying. The beef pierogis were incredible. Soft and tender. Served with some sour cream and caramelized onions. I enjoyed them once I got home, so even luke warm, I was in heaven. I plan on stalking this truck all around town. I will get my hands on those Potato and Cheese pierogis, if it's the last thing I do. I'll of course order the meat again too. I'm crazy like that.

With the closure of Pierogi cafe, finding some good Eastern European comfort food isn't easy in this town, but thankfully Kings Sausage is around to meet those needs. Jerry used to have a cart outside of Banger Brewing downtown and that's where we would always get our pierogi fix. I was happy to find out he got a food truck and would be serving delicious potato filled love all over town. Unfortunately it's taken me quite some time to be close to the same place as King's and at the right time. But, this past Saturday the stars aligned and I was finally able to cross paths with King's. I ended up getting the potato and cheese pierogis and a kielbasa sandwich with grilled onion. Now, being born and raised in cleveland, where Eastern European food is practically everywhere , I know my pierogis, and these are legit. They are homemade and cooked perfectly. The onions, aren't just grilled, but carmelized, exactly the way they should be when served with pierogis. The kielbasa had a nice snap and was cooked to perfection. Now, I will say the food isn't cheap. Heck I can get two dozen pierogis back home for what I paid for this meal. However, it's worth it. You just can't get this type of food that's this good anywhere else in Vegas. And besides, Id rather support an independent business owner than some chain restaurant.

Jerry from Kings sausage set up a food truck in celebration of Oktoberfest at my work. Everyone was pleased and happy. He was able to accommodate having a pre-set menu of sausages and pierogies that were absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for coming here!

We tried this truck out this past weekend and they were absolutely amazing! My boyfriend loves Polish food and this did not disappoint. I had the kielbasa and I tried some of his pierogi and they were outstanding! I can't wait for this Wednesday where I will go back and try some different pierogies.

I've been making my way through the menu and have yet to have something that I didn't like. Peirogi is homemade and you can tell. Topped with grilled onions and sour cream I have had the potato and cheese and sauerkraut and mushroom and they were delicious. The meatloaf sandwich is wonderful. The meatloaf is tender, juicy and well seasoned. I could eat it plain. Addendum, habanero sausage is terrific.

Wasn't a fan of the bread and it was kinda bland. Hadn't tried this place for years because of the motherland can't get it right, I wasn't going to mess with the US version. I was wrong. The sandwich was 5/5. I was thinking about this sandwich for days after. What makes them different is the bread. It's toasted, a bit thinner, while being fluffy on the inside, has that crunch on the outside. And it was phenomenal. Met a family of four who is a regular, that recommended the one with pistachio cream inside. I decided to try something else instead and it was amazing. I can't remember which one it was but it had spicy sauce with spicy salami inside. I'll def be going back to give a shot on the pistachio cream that the family shared they are addicted to.

I went in on a Monday around 11am, and to my surprise there was only one other group (of 3) ahead of me. The employee immediately helped us and asked which sandwiches we wanted. I ordered the Schiacciata del Boss, and the Summer. Each sandwich was $21. Additionally I purchased a Sparkling Water for $3. The employee began making my sandwiches, and I did have a hard time understanding what he said to me because he was mumbling, but I didn't get yelled at so I guess I followed his directions accurately. I will say, It was a bit of sticker shock to realize that I paid $48.77 for two sandwiches and a sparkling water. When we opened the sandwiches, they were actually a lot wider than I had anticipated. I should have done better research because I did not expect the sandwiches to be so flat. I expected them to have a little bit more veggies of some sort in them. The prosciutto also felt very minimal and thin. The bread itself was fantastic. You could tell it was fresh and soft. Additionally the truffle spread was prominent in all the best ways. I did have a problem with my sandwich though.. as I was eating my half of the sandwich, I looked down and there was a hair wrapped around some of the meat and coming out of my sandwich. I tried to tell myself it was my hair, because it was black, but my hair is long and that day it was curly. This hair was short and black and wrapped around the meat going further into the sandwich. Unfortunately, my first reaction was to pick it out and throw the hair on the ground, so I did not get a photo of it. Because I did not have proof, I didn't feel it was appropriate to go back in and address it. The customer service was very nice, so it's my best guess that they would have handled it appropriately if it was brought to their attention. Overall (excluding the hair incident), I enjoyed the bread, but I did not feel as though the quality of the sandwich met the price point of what I was charged. If it had more meat and veggies, then I would have been all for it, but $21 for really good bread, is something I will pass on.
