Tucked just behind Gennaro's Trattoria, this place blends the beauty of Tuscany with the rustic charm of Texas. And yes... living just 8 minutes away doesn't hurt either! From a photographer's point of view, it's heaven. The mature trees and winding walkways naturally follow the landscape, creating effortless photo opportunities around every turn. Hilltop views, dreamy light, and gorgeous backdrops? Check, check, and check. Every couple I've worked with here says the same thing: "There are so many beautiful spots for photos--and we didn't even have to walk far!" One of my favorite hidden gems is the underground level--yep, underground! With its dramatic wooden double doors and cozy, wine-cellar vibe, it adds a magical, unexpected twist to the wedding day flow. Couples can enjoy dinner with family upstairs, then head down below for dancing and celebration. Both levels are stunning and so well thought out. The staff? Truly some of the kindest people I've met in the industry. We always end up sharing a laugh or two--they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. This is insane. Good luck being around strangers on your wedding day if you book or stay here. You get to have strangers in chateaus observing your wedding. Isn't that what we always dream about!

The space provided for food preparation was completely unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. It appeared to be a storage room being used as a prep area, with visible mold on the ceiling, standing water on the floor, and a sink containing leftover food from a previous event. As a professional in food service, I can confidently say no food should be prepped or even pass through a space in this condition. The environment was unsanitary and posed a legitimate health risk. I personally experienced an asthma reaction while in the room, likely due to the mold present. I raised these concerns with the owner and was told this is a "dual-purpose" space and that other caterers have used it without issue. My concerns about mold and sanitation were dismissed. This review is a PSA: any caterer or client considering this venue should carefully evaluate the conditions, particularly the food prep areas. In its current state, this facility does not meet what I would consider minimum health and safety standards for hosting events involving food service. I strongly believe this space should not be used for events until it has been properly cleaned, repaired, and brought up to basic health code standards.

    My daughter was getting married and had decided that she wanted a venue wedding. She picked out…read moremany places to look at to inspect and pick from. Our travels covered from Seguin to Blanco, to Twin Sisters, to Wimberly, to Boerne and every place in between. This was the one that she decided met her vision the best. This venue is new, and the owners have done a really nice job of preparing a wonderful place to have the ceremony. In fact, they were still working on the property at the time of our meeting and the next thing to be completed before her wedding was sleeping quarters for attendees. As the groom's family was coming here from Mississippi and New Jersey, it made a very nice place for them to stay without having to do a lot of driving. Additionally, the site also included a mancave, bridesmaid area, kitchen, dining hall, bar, and other things. In talking with the owner, he said that he was already planning to enlarge the dining/dancing area as he was limited to about 125 guests, which was about the amount of folks we had attend. My daughter and future husband were limited when they could get married due to his job. They had to fit the wedding in between the end of football season and before basketball playoffs. Add open dates for the venue, and we ended up with a January wedding. January in south Texas can be tricky. It can be 80+ degrees, or it can be 20. Thankfully, on her big day, it was the last beautiful day before a frigid cold front blew in. When your daughter is getting married, you want everything to be perfect. For the most part, that is what we got. The owners, officiant, the actual venue, food, DJ, bartender, and security were all exceptional. The only issue we had (and this kept this from being a 5-star review) was with the "day of coordinator". On the evening of the rehearsal, she called and pushed it back as she couldn't get there at the scheduled time (I think that is unacceptable as this was scheduled months in advance). I highly recommend this venue to consider for your wedding. It's a very nice place, and the owners are wonderful. With all the construction ideas they have planned, it will only get nicer.

Plenty of space to run, lots of inflatables to jump on, and with the (additional cost to add on) nerf guns it made for a fun experience for our son's 5th Birthday. While it checked every birthday venue box, there were a few draw backs. From the beginning the communication and booking of the party seemed a bit unorganized. We were in direct communication with the owner (Amanda) who told us directly she had a time slot available for 3:30-5:30 . While we believed we were "booked" after paying the $100 deposit we were later informed it had been double booked because we "didn't fill out the reservation form" and had lost our slot. We thought that was odd given the deposit was paid and had no idea the registration form was not filled out completely. So be sure to fill out your registration forms! (and follow up on it) We told Amanda we understood and took her offer to hold our party at an earlier time (11:30-1:30) Each party comes with a party "hostess" although it wasn't clear what she was there for aside from organizing the nerf gun activity. She did not take the initiative to run/or organize anything aside from that and asked if we would chase around the (already disbursed) kids to place wristbands on their arms. Another thing I found odd, but maybe that is the norm in these types of event venues. The inside is kind of messy and definitely looks better for a party with some decorations which was another issue since you're only given a short amount of time prior to party start time to do. Amanda also made a comment that we better have all balloons down and the party cleaned up 15 mins after the ending party time. (So be aware of the time you'll need to get everything out of the building) Aside from these things my son genuinely enjoyed his party. While there is room for improvement on the coordination of birthday parties (before and during) I can confidently say I would recommend hosting a party here as the fun definitely outweighed the few hiccups we had during it.

The kids have so much fun here and the owners are friendly and great with the kids. Originally, I found this place because I was looking for summer camps. I'm so glad they offer parties too amongst other things. It really is unique and a safe, fun place for kids if you are looking for something active aside from your normal venues. Revo sports offers training for different sports, summer camps, and parties. I know my review is leaning toward being a party venue, it is not, they are diverse in what they offer to the community! I will update this review with more information as we participate! My kids are getting into sports so I am hoping to get them involved with more this place has to offer! They have plenty of space, indoor and outdoor for all their different activities. So far, I am impressed!

La Fontana Springs, sits on about 10 acres, there is a chapel in the front. Two wedding ceremony areas in the back. And a reception hall in between. The hall has a bridal suite and a groom room. I honestly expected to be working my butt off last Friday night (May 29, 2015), but I didn't have to lift a finger! She let me do a bit a decorating, but only because I begged! When my daughter said she was hiring Meredith, I was concerned that it was an unnecessary expense, however it was the best money spent on the wedding!!! The best part was the final hour of the reception when I just got to sit and watch Meredith load the van! Jessica was also wonderful and helped us so much. It was a beautiful night and I really appreciate how professional they both were! Leave the heavy lifting to these wonderful women!!!!

We hardly had two weeks for the event day and Johnell worked day and night to get everything planned and coordinated according to the theme of the party. She provided great suggestions like the claw machine, face painting and a magician. It was tough to get a magician in that short time period but she did her magic to find the best one for the event and it was great! All our 50+ guests who attended the party raved about how well the planning and coordination was done for a 3 year old's birthday. It wouldn't have happened without her! She also helped with my baby shower back in early 2020 when Covid didn't hit us yet. My husband worked with her to throw me a baby shower and it was amazingly done. That baby shower event has made us reach out to her again because we knew she will do an excellent job and can trust her because she puts her heart in every event that she takes up. Thank you so much Johnell for all the efforts and an outstanding work even with such short time that you had.
