Just inside the iron gates are several patio areas and the facades of old-timey general stores and such. Inside the dance hall itself is a large dance floor, amply picnic seating (on two floors) Texas flags and sparkly celing lights and plenty of wall kitsch like posters of John Wayne. The bar is fully stocked and you can hire your own caterers. The hosts of our party had hired Bill Miller's BBQ to cater and they did a great job. The bartenders were quick and friendly and the bathrooms were clean. But the real centerpiece of awesome is the stage and stage bar. Our hosts hired a great band who kept us dancing and invited plenty of group participation, like having all the ladies take the stage and sing along to "Mustang Sally" and during "Sweet Home Alabama" they even got the bride up on the stage bar, which was then lit on fire, and had her dance on the bar and the flames danced at her feet. He was so genuine and helpful, without the expectation of us booking with them. Nevertheless, we had an incredible experience. Every inch of this place is beautiful for photos, they were over the top accommodating, and every vender they recommended that we use was a hit. Life really hit the fan in 2020, and Eagle Dancer Ranch gave us full control and support of what we felt was best. It was easy to go the wrong direction. Limited staff were available to help direct traffic and lastly the music was awful. Big band sounds not synchronized with the Christmas lights. Your pandora is a better option. We had just seen the national winner of the Great Christmas Fight and Windcrest in SA, which were both SPECTACULAR! We live near Don Strange and wanted a near bye drive through. Honestly, don't waste your money.

He even followed up multiple times when I was too busy with other wedding stuff. He kept the jams going and was able to adapt to my last minute requests (like when I asked him to redo the garder toss song ). Leading up to the wedding…read morehe was extremely helpful providing us with a music worksheet and talking on the phone with me and my wedding coordinator multiple times making changes and giving suggestions. We had quite a few songs that weren't your normal song requests and he was more than accommodating. The best part of having Aaron as our Dj was how much he rolled with the flow the day of. It was raining the day of our wedding and unfortunately the tent was leaking Into the area where he was supposed to set up. Our ceremony was delayed over an hour so it cut into a lot of our dancing time. He was able to set up in a different location no problem. After we finished all the ceremonial items I gave Aaron the thumbs up and he immediately kicked up the music and got everyone dancing for the 45 minutes or so that we had. I felt like even though time was short all the songs we really wanted were played and everyone had a great time. Would DEFINITELY recommend Aaron for your wedding or special event.
