He came out to assess what needed to be done, and explained the process so we understood why it wasn't going to be cheap and easy. Within a day, he provided a formal quote, which was very specific in scope down to grade of wiring, and was able to e-sign and start. Because the contract / scope of work was very clear we were easily able to upgrade to better wiring easily. (Aside: other company provided me a quote, it detailed what work they weren't responsible for, what they were doing in general but no specific materials. When I communicated with them about changing or expanding the scope, it was only with difficulty and no explanation of cost increase. It felt like they didn't really want to do this project.) Regarding the work done -- everyone showed up on time, and each person was pleasant to have in our home. They worked as a team, with good communication. Professional and friendly.
