I Purchased highly recommended vinyl plank flooring from this location. Precision flooring did the…read moreinstallation. I ned to mention that they also installed underlayment. The butt joints pulled apart in several areas of the vinyl planks. Ben, the owner, came out and hammered them into place. That did not last, the joints haved pulled apart and look worse than before and some of the ends have flared up. He told me on several occasions that he would replace the bad pieces of flooring. It has been over a year. Moral of the story they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. The floor looks horrible.

We purchased a special order rug and, as such, they would not accept it as a return item for…read morecredit. The reason we were dissatisfied was because we paid for the binding on this rug and it became undone (that is, the stitching to hold the binding to the rug did not take). This all took place within a few months. We returned the rug for repair and after several weeks we were told it was done. After picking it up and bringing it home, it was clear that nothing had been done to repair it. We called and they apologized for the miscommunication and we returned it for 'repair'. Since the repair did not work the first time, we were offered as a second option (with the first option to redo the initial binding that didn't work) for $200 ($300 less the $100 (failed binding)) a border that would 'take care of it'. The initial cost was $550, and now, plus $200 more for a border and they can not guarantee that it will fix the problem. What would you do?

Everything went OK except when it was time to install the carpet I was shocked at how Uncut service friendly the female owner was with respect to our busy schedule. Customer Service is my wheelhouse I worked as a manager for many years at a major credit card. When you're in your own business, you need to make your customers priority number one night yourselves. It rubbed me the wrong way, and I just am writing this in hopes that they will understand the importance of putting their customers firstwhile balancing their busy work schedule as well.
