I just ignored her and never turned around to look at her as not to give her bad attitude any attention. When leaving I saw she had brown hair with a long ponytail over 30. I really don't understand the micromanaging and taunting of customers here. Her behavior was off putting. Maybe avoid her at all costs if you run into this person or hopefully they put her somewhere not around customers as she can't handle it and this is coming from someone who worked customer service for years. Maybe some staff needs re training on customer service and friendliness? I would return when looking for a specific item but because some staff are rude I definitely will avoid the staff.

I paid him but couldn't get Genie to reimburse me because they said they don't cover labor, only the $15 part, which they also didn't pay. They sold a defective opener and didn't take responsibility. It was under warranty.

For absolutely no reason, while i was trying to communicate that i was going to take the car out and that i had just a minute back seen his message and stepped out, he got super angry and cursed me for being late to respond and called out that he has to deal with all Indians this way and that he would not deliver. He was insulted by my presence and even wanted to call the cops on me because I came closer to him. We ordered a framing package and windows from them for a 3100 sq foot house and had floor framing show up without the beams, wall packages without sheathing, half of the framing lumber was warped and had to be sent back. Items were missed everywhere. Deck showed up with basement framing. WHATTTTTT?!?! They have been transitioning people in and out of the business and the customers get caught in the middle. We didn't get responses 3 times on critical questions for framing orders, window order and deck orders. Come to find out 3 different people we were working with had either quit or been fired and no one followed up on their accounts. Pretty hard to keep a project going on time when you have to deal with nonsense from the supplier. I would work with another company.
