Horrible, untrustworthy company. I contracted them for 4 rooms, 1 hallway, and 1 vaulted wall. The…read moretotal was $1065. I referred them to a friend due to their extremely reasonable price. My friend also contracted with them. Too good to be true! They started a job on July 19, 2016, but only did half as I asked them to come back after having new windows installed in two rooms. They asked for the full payment, and I trusted them to finish after meeting with them that day. They have never returned to finish the job!!! I have called, emailed, text, left messages, etc. I have given them over a month to respond in case there was an issue. At one point the owner did respond via text message and said he would show up on September 8 to finish. I took off work and stayed home, and he never showed up. He never called or messaged, and never has returned my inquiries since. I'm now filing against the BBB and looking into a claim to recover half of my payment, or all after all of these headaches. (They actually got paint on my carpet as well, but I didn't mention it as I'm getting new carpet.) Save yourself the time, money, and headaches!!

I agreed to have the representative come to my house for an estimate. The day of the appointment, the sales person was ill prepared making multiple trips to his vehicle for small items that he knew he would need. He was very aggressive in his sales approach, showing me things that I informed him I had already read or knew about windows. Once he gave me a price nearing $20,000 for 10 standard sized windows, he then came back with near half the price after I told him no. Being kind, I told him I would speak with my wife about the new price. He wrote up a financing agreement and proposal on paper rather than electronically. Then, he was upset and near indignant when I would not give him my SSN or sign without speaking to my wife. Ultimately, he left. Today, I received a call from the owner wanting my SSN and then was pushy with me telling him I would not be using the company. he became upset that I told him I felt the company was scamming people and why as well as pointed out the same concerns from others online. I told him goodbye and instructed that he not call me again and hung up. Not a minute later he called me again. I told him not to call me again and hung up. I then blocked his number and reported it as spam. NOT a company I would want to be associated with.
