This one is clean, spacious, and has some good people working here that actually have a modicum of pleasantry - unlike the usual "hi, what do you want, thanks" monotone rigamarole that has become standard for government businesses (I'm looking at you Orange County Tax Collector's offices). Easy to find post office with self serve kiosk open 24/7. Located downtown college Park, it's a well kept branch with plenty of parking. The self servo e is easy to use and the drop box fits medium and small packages. They have rental post boxes and a regular office for service as well. That they have ample parking and are located about 10 minutes from my office are delightful, but the best thing is the great attitude of the folks who work here! The US postal workers at this branch are friendly, helpful and efficient. They are relaxed even when it gets busy and they know how to get the job done. They keep the phone off the hook always. It is impossible to get ahold of them directly. Our carrier delivers packages when they feel like it. They don't bother walking to the door when a package doesn't fit in a tiny locker even though that's their job. Yesterday they failed to deliver two time sensitive packages. They say they attempted delivery at 6:02pm and left a notice. No notice and I was sitting in my front room by the door all day working. The postal service NEVER came. This is a continuous problem and nothing is being done about it after multiple complaints. read more

I've never had any issues here. The staff works to keep the line moving as fast as possible. Most of the time when there is a long wait, it was because a patron wasn't prepared and is taking forever. Nevertheless, if it gets too backed up they'll bring someone else out. I've never waited too long and the staff is always great. read more

quite possibly the worst experience with getting a package delivered. paid for 2 day shipping to have my clothing arrive before a trip i was going on. first failed delivery attempt was because they sent as they explained to me, "someone who didn't know the area" on a sunday and they didn't know the door code like all the other people. next day they say i can come to the post office directly to pick up my package, and it's not there. i drove to the post office after calling them and making sure it would be there, and they said the guy took it out for delivery and it would be delivered at the end of the day. next day i get a text message saying it was delivered in the mail box, we have no mail box. calling the usps help line and this post office was the most irritating experience. they said he marked it as delivered but there was a change of address?? so they brought my package back to the office. the guy who answered the phone said he would deliver it himself at the end of the day and proceeded to ASK me how to get to my house. he wanted me to give him directions over the phone instead of using the address i provided. it's almost 4 and my package isn't delivered yet. they are running the most unprofessional business here. read more

I just got off the post office the one in college park I always use the one in winter park thou , I first want to thank the employees that works at the cashiers bcz they wore first honest and so kind I walked in and I asked for priority mail tap which USPS provide for free and one of the employees told me that his boss that is currently on vacation doesn't let theme give it to the customers because he want to sell the other regular tap which is understandable but If your champagne provides something to the customers for free you can not make me buy something I don't want or u can t sell but the thing is I use a lot of tap everyday to ship boxes and even if I want the regular tap I'm not going to buy it from the post office I will go to Home Depot for that so I just want to send this message without using the names of the managers to the college park post office and I will go back and ask for the same thing again and if they don't provide it I'm going to file a complain against those managers well the one that is responsible for it I already have the names I hope this problem get fix as soon as possible read more
