I first brought in my old Nissan Murano here (over 150k miles) and although this car needed a lot of work (like all the time), Mavis proved to be one of the most trustworthy and transparent shops in the area. Then I got a Jeep (also over 150k miles), where it came with less problems but also was serviced by Mavis because of my good experience with them back when I had the Murano. Fast forward to today and I have a brand new car with no issues. I service it at the Honda Dealership for the most part but when I got a screw lodged up in the tire recently, I decided to pay my pals over at Mavis a visit, where they were very helpful and efficient. They had me in and out of there quickly and were just as awesome as I remembered them.

They matched the color exactly, clear-coated the paint, checked for hidden damage, and aligned the rear lights to be sure the car was safe. NWC did what they could and instead of struggling with a specialty area of my Volvo, sublet that portion and kept me appraised throughout the entire affair. I picked up my well manicured vehicle and was extremely happy with the workmanship, staff courtesy and concern that I'd be upset with the repair that had to be sublet. It was a special sublet and they addressed it in proper professional manner. If I have the misfortune of needing body work in the future, here is where I'll be going!

However, when he left, his partner Dick was terrible but even before that he was bad. He had my parts for three weeks once and didn't call me to tell me he had them and after Rom left, he wouldn't inspect my car for no good reason other than he didn't like me but Rom was the nicest guy in the world and could fix anything no matter how complex it was. Fast forward to the new owner Joe. My wife brought her car there and Joe gave her an estimate of $400.00 so she brought it somewhere else and they did it for a hundred bucks. I suspect that Joe had no previous experience in the auto repair business.
