Last week they had a mint one I didn't get to try but I wasn't about to pass up a churro sundae tonight. Pro tip: go to Costco in the evenings. It's not very crowded and the lines are not long at all, plus all the shelves are fully stocked!

I have never got any product that has been subpart. The purchasors for the corporation just Excel. I believe they are given a mission to purchase inventory with the well-being of their customers in mind. Once there was a recall and Costco was days ahead of the announcement to the general public. That created such a positive impression that will last with me. The employees beyond being efficient seem to really enjoy working here and I understand the environment fosters positive worker satisfaction. Then there's Costco towing the line trying to keep costa down even advocating against the government to accomplish this for its customers and the shareholders. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life as long as things continue to operate the way they do. And then grabbing a hot dog combination or rotisserie chicken that has NOT increased in price for years if not decades is just fantastic and about unheard of anywhere else . Today I'm here to get a quick bite of $1.50 hot dog combination where they recently added deli mustard as an option. As a price performer almost impossible to beat.

My experience at this CVS today could hardly have been better. This place knows how to care for…read morepatients/customers. It all began when my daughter woke up with strep symptoms. Scheduled for another appointment later in the day, we thought it prudent to have a strep test so that could be factored in to the equation when deciding whether or not to attend the later appointment. We were fortunate enough to find an appointment at the CVS Minute Clinic in Clemmons. Unfortunately, they were out of strep tests. But they did not send us away. Instead, PA Lindsay called around to other CVS pharmacies and located one that had strep tests. Unfortunately, the other clinic had no appointments. I guess we are on our own after all. Nope. Janie, the Care Concierge, drove to the other pharmacy to pick up the tests and bring them back here, where they would meanwhile keep our appointment open and complete it when the tests arrived. Now THAT is customer service. In addition, while I was waiting for my daughter, another employee walked by me and very cheerfully and politely asked me if I needed any help. I stated earlier that my experience could hardly have been better. I do wish it had not taken so long--this took up a good chunk of the day--but I really can't complain about that. How could I? In these days when there is so much sickness and so much testing and so many staff shortages, how can one criticize people who are doing their very best to help you? I can't. I won't. And people like Lindsay and Janie deserve recognition for going the extra mile in being so helpful, compassionate, and for being such thorough professionals.

I should've known not to come to the CVS pharmacy, there are a ton of terrible Reviews on this…read morelocation! I was in the process of transferring my prescription from Amazon to this CVS location, and the process includes CVS having to call Amazon. I did my due diligence and I called at 10 AM to get my prescription transferred, and they said they would give Amazon a call. I gave them eight hours to call them and I called CVS back to make sure the prescription had been transferred successfully, they notified me they were unable to get the prescription transfer due to Amazon's negligence, I ended up giving Amazon a call myself and someone promptly answered, they notified me CVS never called them. I decided it was best to speak in person and I had to drive all the way to CVS pharmacy just for them to be closed. Mind you I did not receive a call from CVS saying what happened with Amazon or anything. They put me on a wild goose chase! Terrible and careless customer service from this CVS pharmacy and I will be going with Walgreens from now on! I'm not sure how any of these pharmacy techs got their job, if you don't know how to complete a simple phone call I'm not sure how you can be trusted with medications and such, how irresponsible!
