First, the employees and their friendliness are just superior. This is the case no matter how long his shift has been, after I've driven to the store twice over a period of several hours, and he is still working. Moreover, all other employees, with whom I've dealt, have just been extraordinarily nice, genuinely friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. This is the same, in my experience, whether in-store or drive-through. Additionally, I appreciate that they are all, also, professional without seeming aloof, cloying, or mechanistic. What's more, on the occasion that food has been ordered, it has always been fresh and delicious. Indeed, it might seem overly-complimentary, but I truly enjoy every visit to this Sheetz, and they deserve, and have earned a great review.

The place sees a lot of foot traffic, since it is open 24/7. Upon walking in, you are greeted by friendly employees at two counters, the front checkout and the food serbice/order counter. The inside of the facility is clean and bright, with a wide assortment of food, drinks, and other miscellaneous items for automobiles, health needs, and more at your convenience. I found it difficult to choose what I wanted for an afternoon snack, because there was so much to choose from. LOL Anyone stopping in here should not be disappointed. Today was the day we decided to give it a try. We have tried the burgers here in the past and for us, it was simply a one and done meal. The burger patties are not all beef and the taste and texture are quite unpleasant to us. No shade to those who like it though! We had high hopes for the NEW burger. Unfortunately they are the same patty as before. Bummer. Oh well! We will stick with the tacos and our beloved cheese bites and an occasional sub in the future.

Last week they had a mint one I didn't get to try but I wasn't about to pass up a churro sundae tonight. Pro tip: go to Costco in the evenings. It's not very crowded and the lines are not long at all, plus all the shelves are fully stocked!

My experience at this CVS today could hardly have been better. This place knows how to care for…read morepatients/customers. It all began when my daughter woke up with strep symptoms. Scheduled for another appointment later in the day, we thought it prudent to have a strep test so that could be factored in to the equation when deciding whether or not to attend the later appointment. We were fortunate enough to find an appointment at the CVS Minute Clinic in Clemmons. Unfortunately, they were out of strep tests. But they did not send us away. Instead, PA Lindsay called around to other CVS pharmacies and located one that had strep tests. Unfortunately, the other clinic had no appointments. I guess we are on our own after all. Nope. Janie, the Care Concierge, drove to the other pharmacy to pick up the tests and bring them back here, where they would meanwhile keep our appointment open and complete it when the tests arrived. Now THAT is customer service. In addition, while I was waiting for my daughter, another employee walked by me and very cheerfully and politely asked me if I needed any help. I stated earlier that my experience could hardly have been better. I do wish it had not taken so long--this took up a good chunk of the day--but I really can't complain about that. How could I? In these days when there is so much sickness and so much testing and so many staff shortages, how can one criticize people who are doing their very best to help you? I can't. I won't. And people like Lindsay and Janie deserve recognition for going the extra mile in being so helpful, compassionate, and for being such thorough professionals.
