    Disgusting

And it happened again! After avoiding this Stop 'n' Shop for some time, I had to do my shopping there last week. I purchased a jar of Marie's Super Blue Cheese dressing, at almost $5. Why, why, why, given my past experiences, didn't I check the date? When I opened the dressing tonight it was, as jars in the past were, separated and greasy. The expiration date was JUNE 5, 2021! Over two months ago. This is why I've been spending extra money to have my groceries delivered from ShopRite. When I'm in the area, I go to the Stop 'n' Shop in Clifton. What a dump.

Great selection, kinda expensive. You really need to find deals every once in a while. Compared to other supermarkets around this is on the pricier side For sure. Besides Whole Foods this is one of the only Supermarkets that carries a large selection of healthy food options and organic food aisle. The stop and shop is large, it's in a shopping plaza along with Marshall's and children's place store. I like going here because the sushi is good, cold cuts are good and so is the bakery section. This location is home to two Redbox machines (it gets busy) and a cool coffee espresso machine by the bakery. Staff is friendly and helpful, they're never really in the aisles you always see them at the register or behind a counter (Not a bad thing). Enjoy your visit! *please vote below if you enjoyed my review *

It's very convenient to have right down the street, no need to pop onto a highway. Some of the reviews say the prices are higher, and that may be true. I haven't taken this into consideration when shopping, because it's very convenient so I'm willing to pay more. They are open until 8PM on most days, which is great and unusual for a place like this as well. Grateful to have this place in town!

You may not ever…read morecome across this review because you are busy searching restaurants in NYC for your next first date...BUT, you will be missing out. Lucky Farmers Market is a non-descript bodega perched in a four deep mini-mall on Bloomfield Ave. in Verona (co-occupied by Subway and double Krauszers). Sounds awesome, right? Actually, it is. Inside is where you actually get lucky.* Fresh fruit and vegetables in droves for way less than your not-so-supermarket. From gargantuan Asian pears to three kinds of cucumbers to berries of all kinds, Lucky will not let you down on the fruit and vegetable end. This is not a full market so don't get all, "That dude said this place had everything," because they don't have everything. They just have good produce, a smattering of market items (good, healthy options) and THIS IS WHERE YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION - a full-time sushi chef that churns out the best sushi around, restaurant or not. Yes, a small bodega will give you excellent sushi in a plastic container and you won't have to overpay for it. If you take anything from this, just get the Tuna/Salmon sandwich sushi and thank me later. Lucky is my go-to spot for the items I rely on - fruit, vegetables and sushi. I do the bulk of my shopping at a regular, large and fat market, but I get all my fruit and vegetables here and I get dinner here 2x a week, every week. Everyone who runs this place and works here is super friendly and a pleasure to see every day. In a pinch, you can get flowers here which actually last a while too. What else is there to say? If you don't ever have a reason to go to Lucky Farmers Market, no one will care (not even your Mom), but if you do have a chance to swing by with fruits, vegetables, sushi or something interesting in mind you just might have found your spot. ____________________ *Well, you might not get lucky if you are thinking something other than groceries or sushi, but I get Lucky almost every day.

Store is small but good for staples, Amazon return is right at the entrance and the staff has always been kind and try to get you in and out AND last but not least, they happen to has a great baked goods / bakery section! Grabbed a cake this past weekend and it was so good! We tried the brown butter caramel cookie crunch - in true whole foods fashion the small was $28 but it tasted very fresh! Would recommend.

They of course kept what needed to be refrigerated refrigerated but it was nice to know that there wouldn't be any delays. The pickup area for the actual groceries vs the Amazon pickups wasn't obvious but an employee immediately asked if I needed help (bc I clearly looked a little bewildered lol) and when I told him I was there for grocery pickup he asked my name and as luck would have it he was the man I needed to see. My groceries were nicely packed in reusable Amazon bags and all of my requested items and / or replacements were in stock and accurate. Parking at this location can be tricky bc it's generally a very busy lot and the delivery tractor trailers also use a portion of the lot which makes for a little hectic-ness. Lastly, it's a small Whole Foods so be prepared for that ... but they do the best they can.
