So I heard about Corrado's and how they made their own meals... called, Power Meals. For the price of one meal you are getting a lot of food! The menu gives you the option for 1 protein and 2 sides. You can add extra's, but my suggestion is don't get too crazy because the price goes higher and it would not be beneficial. The container is big enough that you can cut the portion into half and get two meals out of it. And, for the price of $9 (with tax) that's a truly great deal. FYI: They need 48 hours to make your order so place it accordingly before picking up.

We decided to drop by this relatively new location on a random Saturday in Clifton since we were nearby ... and it's safe to say that this one is as good as any. On the day that we went, samples were being given out everywhere we turned. We couldn't avoid a sample station if we tried! There were so many samples that my wife and I wondered why we even had lunch prior as we could have had a WHOLE MEAL there! Anyhow, having been open for about a year (as of May 2025), this Stew Leonard's is as brand spankin' new as it gets. Like the Stew's in Paramus, I love how everything is so neat and organized. In addition, I love that they lead you through their supermarket with a one way pathway instead of it being like the wild west like other supermarkets. If you've been to a Stew's, they have all of your favorites here - including the ever so aromatic bakery section which always smells like deliciously soft and fresh donuts. If you're craving cooked foods on the fly, there is also a buffet, made to order pizza and sushi. The major highlight here for most people, especially kids (and myself), is the ICE CREAM PARLOR near the entrance. There, you will find some of the best soft serve ice cream your tastebuds ever had - in many flavors I might add. I did have a few gripes, but they were mostly minor. First, the dining area for those who want to grab a seat to eat at was a bit on the tiny side with just a few tables. Also, the curb of the supermarket outside was also small. The moment you walk out of the supermarket you're literally on the road, so you've got to hold onto those kids to prevent them from getting run over. If you've never been to a Stew's you're in for a real treat because you'll probably want to buy everything. If you've frequented a Stew's before, then everything you've come to know and love about Stew's can be found right here in Clifton.

There's a Stop & Shop in my town that I dig.  (But if we're being honest... I dig this one a lot…read moremore.)  You walk in and there's a cool little Starbucks substation (it doesn't even matter that I'm not even a Starbucks person... this looks really cool and smells even better) and when you grab a cart?  Yeah, a little metal cup holder do-hickey right there for said Starbucks.  (The Stop & Shop in my town is living in the stone ages for both of these 'perks'.) Here in Clifton every department is bigger, better, cleaner and brighter (and most importantly... fresher!) than the one in my ZIP code. (Most noticeable - the seafood department is making the honor roll with an "A" grade but the Stop & Shop in my hometown is maybe - maybe! - a C+.  When this shopping center is firing on all cylinders it's madness all around (good luck driving, parking, the speed bumps and all the people with zero qualms to step in front of moving traffic!) but if you can swing in here early enough... it's not bad at all.

I was trying to get information on the "with card" pricing, and it was surprisingly difficult to find clear answers. Asked a couple of staff members for help, but no one seemed too interested in assisting. Also, the self-checkout area felt more like a chore than a convenience slow and not very intuitive. Somewhat terrible, but definitely not the smoothest shopping trip either.

They just have good produce, a smattering of market items (good, healthy options) and THIS IS WHERE YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION - a full-time sushi chef that churns out the best sushi around, restaurant or not. Yes, a small bodega will give you excellent sushi in a plastic container and you won't have to overpay for it. If you take anything from this, just get the Tuna/Salmon sandwich sushi and thank me later. Lucky is my go-to spot for the items I rely on - fruit, vegetables and sushi. I do the bulk of my shopping at a regular, large and fat market, but I get all my fruit and vegetables here and I get dinner here 2x a week, every week. The parking lot is a bit annoying, as it gets very crowded and it's a bit tight to get out of, in comparison to other ShopRites. It's a pretty big store, and the layout is similar to others. They also have a small (too small for my liking, in comparison to other ShopRites) section of Hispanic/Latinx food and I was able to find some Peruvian cheese which was a nice surprise!

Prices are reasonable and there's a ton of checkout terminals, not much waiting. Parking is a bit tight but not a problem.
