It was easy to navigate and the red box at the front was easy to use to check what the sale is on my items! Gio, the shift supervisor, assisted us at checkout and took care of everything smoothly. Our checkout was lengthy so he was able to assist other guests at self checkout and coordinated other associates to help guests in line. Awful service, chronic understaffing, and surly people. Liars, too--they promised delivery of a medication I needed right away, and deliberately left it behind--it was never delivered--because I dared to bother the pharmacy by actually holding 40 minutes on the phone until they picked up. I was calling from an office and ringing the pharmacy on four lines. They ignored them all. There are a half-dozen other CVS stores nearby. This location would be better off bulldozed and turned into a community garden. Without a doubt, the single worst pharmacy I have ever encountered--their understaffing (CVS policy is to understaff, and was even pre-COVID) leads to mistakes--a public health problem when the pharmacy is underequipped to safely and adequately serve its community.
