On June 22,2023 I called to find out if Citracal, calcium supplement was in stock before I went there. Francesca checked and said they do not have it. I asked is she would order it as I have done many times in the past. She said she did not know how to do that and asked me to call back the following day. I inquired if Mike was there and she said no, Bob was. On June 23th I called again, a girl answered; I identified myself and the reason for my call. She put Francesca on the phone and she asked who normally orders for you. She put Mike on the phone and what transpired astonished me. Mike raised his voice and had an attitude, he said if I continue to be rude to his staff that I should take my business elsewhere. I was in shock; he is always so pleasant and helpful. I could not believe this outrage was over a bottle of calcium. I explained as stated above, he asked her and she said I called her incompetent. I offered to come in and tell the truth in front of her. Mike explained she is in pharmacy school and has been with him for 8 months. Mike came very close to calling me a liar. He then checked if the calcium was in stock, said he would order it and said I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I told him this will happen again with someone else and you will then know the truth. Perhaps Francesca thinks that she is going to be a pharmacist and taking an order is not in her status description. Town Drugs has been a fixture in the community for as long as I can remember and I am now 80 years old.

Never thought I'll be writing a review on a pharmacy about a wheelchair rental. My daughter had a…read moreleg fracture from a fall at camp 2 weeks ago and is currently in a long leg cast. Not being able to walk or anything, I knew I had to rent her a wheelchair for doctor appts and going to the toy store. To my surprise, this pharmacy near me offers wheelchair rentals as well as other medical & mobility supplies and equipment. I called ahead of time to inquire about the companion chair vs. the lightweight wheelchair. When I arrived, both wheelchair were brought out to me and all the staff there were so friendly & nice. Michael especially, the one who explained and showed me how to use a wheelchair bc I'm completely clueless was extremely helpful. I opted for the companion one and couldn't be happier. It's very lightweight and fits perfectly in my trunk. It's going to be my daughter's best friend for the next 3 months or so until she heals & can walk again. The storefront is modest, doesn't shout at you in big bold neon, but once you discover it you can understand why. I wound up here because New York State's DMV seems to have realized a fundamental fact - nobody likes dealing with them. In order to keep legitimately taking your money for driver's license renewals though, they needed someone to at least check that you're not driving with the assistance of a red and white cane. Their website pointed me to Precision Pharmacy as a place that would be able to provide me an eye test and then forward the results of that onwards to the NYS DMV so I could renew my license online. Total win - I walked in, headed straight to the pharmacy counter in the back, asked about the eye test, and less than 10 minutes later and with $20 to Precision I was able to entirely skip the DMV experience for another half decade. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I wound up lingering to marvel at the the breadth of product selection Precision has. I'll be back long before my license needs renewing to support this fine local business.

I have not one but 2 credit cards on file. The pharmacy technicians don't call me to set up delivery anymore as they are too busy, which is fine. Their delivery system RX2GO no longer sends any text message to confirm delivery or provide a link to track where the driver is and what time you should be expecting a person considering you have to sign for it. Yesterday, Friday- after speaking with one of their newer pharmacists whom ensured me my antibiotics for a severe mouth infection were out for delivery- never did she mention a single word about a second medication being delivered that was not provided earlier in the week nor did she ever inquire about ANY payment note that apparently was written for the delivery drivers to collect "$65 CASH OR NO MEDICATION TO BE LEFT WITH CUSTOMER". Patients go to pharmacies. Not customers #1. #2. One of the owners assured me this was not the case and I would have my medication without issue. Needless to say. I did not have $65 cash payment to give a random delivery driver that was never something that ever occurred in over 8 years of using Main Source, and the driver explained this "strict" note on my account forced him to keep my medication from me and drove away with it. I tried reaching out to Main Source a second time after the incident which was not surprisingly unsuccessful as they are closed on Saturdays. I am awaiting a second attempt of the medication delivery today with no clear indication of the RX2GO drivers arrival. I contacted the "operator" of RX2GO whom was able to assure me I must have $65 cash payment or they will leave a second time with medication that is imperative to stop an infection from potentially spreading to the optic nerve in my eye and eliminating a trip to the emergency room. I have previously written an amazing review for this pharmacy, however this experience has left me with no choice but to warn others of the potential and to request all of my prescriptions be released to ensure this can never happen again.

There was no line on the other side, yet I still waited. Eventually, a young woman approached and asked if I needed help. I told her I would like to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacist came over, her facial expression alone made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Her demeanor and lack of customer service were disappointing. I asked if she could recommend something for my 14-year-old who was experiencing flu-like symptoms, and all she said was "Tylenol." She did not ask a single follow-up question about his symptoms, nor did she direct me to the appropriate aisle. I'm glad I didn't rely on her advice because I went to another aisle myself and found something more appropriate for his symptoms. My point is this: when working with the public whether as a cashier or a pharmacist professionalism is essential. You chose this career, knowing it involves interacting with customers. Whatever kind of day you're having should not interfere with the quality of service you provide.
