I dread coming to pick up prescriptions here because I know that it will take at least 45 minutes out of my day between parking and waiting in line. In a salient example, I came here for a vaccine appointment that I had made online two weeks prior. When I arrived, I waited a few minutes at the vaccine window, and then got into the prescription pick-up line because I also had an Rx to get. As I was waiting, someone called me over to the vaccine window, so I got out of line and went there. I asked them if I could also get my Rx because I was waiting in line for that, and they told me no, that I'd have to get back in the Rx line (which was about 5 people deep at this point). Then, I heard the employees speaking amongst themselves that the vaccine person wasn't "here today" because they worked a double yesterday, and they told me that "it was gonna be awhile for the vaccines". So, I get back in line to get my Rx, wait, and they called me over for the vaccine when I was the next to get my Rx. I felt like I was in an episode of Mr. Bean. tl;dr: prepare to wait and not have your parking validated for it.

Several times medications for delivery were not delivered after a few days and I had to pick them up myself. 2. On other occasions, medications were not ready when I came to pick them up, hours after the prescription was sent in -- wasted trips. 3. Several times a mixup occurred when a prescription was called in and Trotta's claimed not to have received it -- wasted trips again. 4. THE WORST: I came to pick up medication for a colonoscopy that had been ordered many days before and was told it hadn't been ordered yet because they needed to know whether we would be responsible for the copay. No one called to ask us; they just waited for someone to come in and waste a trip. Furthermore, if we had come in for the meds the day before the colonoscopy we wouldn't have had them on time and would have had to cancel the procedure! This is inexcusable!

They were supposed to deliver it and because they couldn't reach me in person for a six dollar copayment. (my prescription benefit was paying for The Bulk of the cost.), they failed to deliver the medicine this afternoon and now I am really sick. Also, they asked me for my phone number to verify it when I called, but they called my daughter instead who lives in another state to say that they couldn't process the payment. Really? They verified who I was my personal information including phone number and they verified my pharmacy information to make sure that I had it and they quoted me the six dollar copayment and they promised that they would deliver this today. I that I couldn't get over there. I told I had a UTI and I even told them I was leaving an envelope for the delivery taped to the door because I had to work. So after having an account there for years and always paying copayments and having a pharmacy insurance coverage that they verified, for $6 I couldn't get an antibiotic for a bad UTI, when they are being paid for the prescription through insurance.? why confirm my information when they don't call me for personally? why not call my daughter for the six dollars when they can't reach me? Instead, I am left hanging tonight. The worst part is I have some kind of a credit there that I always see on my receipt. Why not use the credit which I can never figure out how to use anyway?

Sunshine Pharmacy also has a texting service and the staff will respond within 5 min or less. The staff at the pharmacy have the competency and take the initiative to know their customers and their needs. I personally received a phone call from the Pharmacist welcoming me to Sunshine Pharmacy, thoroughly reviewing my health history, medication allergies, insurance info., and introducing me to the pharmacy's phone app and delivery services. You can also pay your co-pay on the app. The pharmacist helped me to schedule all my prescriptions to be filled at the same time each month and delivered right to my home the next day. The pharmacy always makes sure to have my prescription medications in stock. The delivery is discreet, ALWAYS on time, the delivery person is so pleasant and easy to get in contact with by just texting!
