They were supposed to deliver it and because they couldn't reach me in person for a six dollar copayment. (my prescription benefit was paying for The Bulk of the cost.), they failed to deliver the medicine this afternoon and now I am really sick. Also, they asked me for my phone number to verify it when I called, but they called my daughter instead who lives in another state to say that they couldn't process the payment. Really? They verified who I was my personal information including phone number and they verified my pharmacy information to make sure that I had it and they quoted me the six dollar copayment and they promised that they would deliver this today. I that I couldn't get over there. I told I had a UTI and I even told them I was leaving an envelope for the delivery taped to the door because I had to work. So after having an account there for years and always paying copayments and having a pharmacy insurance coverage that they verified, for $6 I couldn't get an antibiotic for a bad UTI, when they are being paid for the prescription through insurance.? why confirm my information when they don't call me for personally? why not call my daughter for the six dollars when they can't reach me? Instead, I am left hanging tonight. The worst part is I have some kind of a credit there that I always see on my receipt. Why not use the credit which I can never figure out how to use anyway?

Then Christina didn't allow them to because she said I lived "too far" and it was policy since they needed to save adderall for people in the area. And then she said they didn't have any after 3 people have already said they had it in stock.... She definitely was lying to me and treating me so rudely. Medical Centre Pharmacy is a true breath of fresh air - locally owned, a staff that seems to genuinely care, and they helped me out so much. My doctor wanted to put me on a new medication, and gave me enough to last me a month. I fully expected to need to get more samples but Medical Centre Pharmacy worked quickly and diligently to get my medications to me. They were extremely helpful with my questions. They ship the medicine directly to my home, and make sure it's a time frame that works well for me.

Greenwich Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy, not part of a large corporate entity like CVS or Walgreens. It has a boutique luxury store vibe. They offer free delivery locally (see their website for details). Once, when I had a question about a generic brand, I called and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable. After having a bad experience with a low quality generic drug (from a big name pharmacy in NYC), I'm picky about where I fill prescriptions. I check prescriptions myself - including the name of the generic pharmaceutical company. Taking a medication isn't a trivial thing - quality is vital. Consistent high quality and excellent customer service.
