This is usually a great little shop and I have bought several plants there. I will not stand for that behavior. I will not put up with anyone being rude to me for no reason, because common courtesy and warmth to me is something that I practice every day. And when you are in the service industry you should know to practice that every day. Shame on the people that have this woman still working there and not taking her to the side and explaining how to practice good customer service. The store is always kept clean even when they're stocking shelves. The cashiers are not very outgoing but they don't have bad attitudes either. There is a huge parking lot and ruining store is located right off of the Pershing Drive exit off of route 8 north.
