The receptionist in the Spring Valley office is extremely rude and vulgar. she has a very bad and gross attitude. I walk in to try to do a Notary signature. I don't know her and never met her. I ask for the price, she gives me a different price than she quoted me on the phone. When I ask why, she said it's because it's under oath. I reflexively said a mild curse word, not directed at her, just because the price was higher than thought. She immediately lost her temper and said please don't curse in my office, I have the right to refuse you service. I was stunned at this point. I said no it was just a reflex and a joke. Didn't mean anything. She said let me see your ID. So, I got my ID and put it in front of her. She freaked out again and said now I'm really going to refuse you service. I said what? Are you serious? She said yes I will not tolerate you using language in my office and throwing your ID at me. I was shocked by this behavior. I certainly did not throw my ID, I placed it in front of her, she was sitting down and I was standing. I said ok then you can go F yourself. You're not getting my business. She said I don't want your business. I mean if she's going to accuse me of having certain language, I might as well just do it, so I'm truly guilty of it. So, I left. I mean the audacity of this representative to treat me this way over what? What did I do? First you upcharge me then you refuse me service. I have no idea how they allow her to be in customer service with this bad nasty attitude. She needs to be fired!!!!! Not to mention the place is in a very bad part of town with no parking.
