She was involved with a phone call, taking care of paperwork, but still noticed when I came in and welcomed me to sign in. The sign in sheet showed she had a very busy morning. I had a scheduled appointment, but she was nice enough to go ahead and do my fingerprinting. I was grateful! She was very nice! Professional and very personable. I shouldn't have bothered her by asking questions as she was concentrating to get the best prints possible when prints didn't click the first time, but she answered my questions and didn't show any frustration. Everything ended well! Diana started my day off very well! I especially appreciate the fact that she did my LiveScan right away and did not make me wait. This hasn't always been the case at other offices when the person doing the prints was not busy and I arrived early. Diana was great!
