First off I would like to state Jessica has serious mental issues, If I could give Jessica zero stars I would, this lady made me drive down over a hour and when I arrived she changed her pricing and doubled it to $1000.00 after I tried to negotiate she called her other employees and told them to "Escort" me off the property at which point I left and told her I'm going to leave a bad review for her then she started yelling and throwing a tantrum saying your asking me to do illegal things,l and I will report you and your car to the dmv and I said there's nothing illegal about a 1923 hot rod with a souped up engine as I walked out the door, I'm very upset with the way she talked to me and went about things so I will also be reporting her business to the BBB and in addition to the DMV seems like she does many illegal activities for the right amount of money and she should be investigated by the DMV Overall experience was extremely hostile and Jessica has some serious anger issues, do yourself a favor and just go to the dmv or find another registration service read more

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Mine started last August. Jessica screwed up my Transfer and registration, Blamed it on the State. Wouldnt take responsibility for the error. I brought the paperwork in to get it fixed, she took all my paper work and said I will call you in a week, That never happened, That happened several times. I went back in about every month to find out the progress and I would get the standard answer, we're still working on it, still waiting on the state. (without checking her computer to even look at my issue) The more questions I asked the more she would stonewall me. Today I went somewhere else and got everything taken care of in about 30 minutes. Lost my title paperwork, incorrectly filed another title transfer, disrespectful and condescending. For over half a year I would get the same "working on it" , "call you back", "I'm too busy right now". I have worked in DOD aviation and aerospace for over 10yrs where accountability is held to the upmost standard and to be accused that I lost it was just completely funny. I even have a voice recording of the lady cussing at me and trying to make me feel like I was stupid or incompetent when asking about my paperwork for the 100th time. I needed to transfer title and register a newly purchased used pick-up truck. I did not want the hassle, inconvenience or frustration of the DMV. Off to California Registration Services I went. I walked in the door at 3:39 PM, I walked out with everything completed at 3:55 PM. 16 minutes! What can you accomplish at the DMV in 16 minutes? A big fat nothing! CRS charged a $35 fee for title transfer. 35 bucks to not have to go to the DMV? A bargain at any price! Isabel (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was great! Excellent customer service. Have you ever tried to renew the registration on a vehicle that was 6+ months expired, or register an out of state, non-residential trailer - on the DMV website? Great alternative to the hassle of the DMV. Everyone is super friendly and helpful prices are also reasonable. I will say that they do tend to get very busy so make sure you allocate enough time for your visit but they do provide cookies and a smile read more

This place sucks. I was referred here by a friend and they screwed everything up except taking my $298 in fees. They charged me all the fees for title and registration and I never got my title. Five months later and I can't get auto insurance as the title I had on hand was the old one from the seller. Upon retiring here, they confiscated the title; knowing how they fucked up. Yet, Nikki and the staff wants me to pay additional fees to redeem the title. You fucked up, you fix it. Don't tell me to reach out to DMV after I used and paid you all your fees. I utilized your facility; and never again after this. They won't admit their mistakes, yet come up with bs verbiage. Bunch of thieves. Oh, and I don't believe your statement "those are the computer fees". Bullshit! Gave them 2 stars; because after I refused to pay again, they said we can try to get you a duplicate. 5 star service! These girls know how to hustle! I was in a jam getting my tags for my 5th wheel by Friday to leave on a trip taking the Rig, and these amazing ladies got the job done within 24 hours and I got my tags in my hand. I spent days trying to avoid taking my 45 foot 5th wheel to the DMV and visited other registration offices who told me they could not get it done in for another week. Plus the $900 extra fee the other location told me I needed to pay to get the tags. Thank you ladies for your quick service and saving me the $900 . This is the worst business I've ever stepped foot into. They made this process so painful they made the DMV look like an efficient place of business. Not only were the people there incompetent but I paid a total of $110 in their "Admin" fees for them to waste not only my money but more importantly my time. The process was never finished and I asked them to ship me my pink slip back to me and they didn't supply me with a tracking number or any proof that they sent it. Now I don't know where the title is, I'm down $110 and more money in gas cause I've been back there a total of 7 times and I'm never going back there again that's why I asked them to mail me my title. Which I'm pretty sure they didn't because I got absolutely nothing in my mailbox and when I called them about the tracking number they said "oh, we know about you" and were so rude saying that they just shipped it regular mail 7 days ago. Last year I had them do a title transfer that ended up with paperwork being lost and when I walked in to figure out what to do they said make an appointment because they didn't have time right now The transaction took me 6 months to complete Today I called prior to going in asking clearly if a second party signature would be needed and they said no. I remember when this place was worth the insane fees they charge because you got in and out quick, they were awesome at the services they offer and they were friendly. I've registered 8 different cars over 30 times here the past 10 years and they have gone down the drain. Plan on waiting over an hour, Nikki hardly ever available anymore, today this older guy with an attitude helped me and zero understanding of customer service - treated me like a was a burden to him (tho I'm paying his wages???). They are not organized at all. It was a mess walking in. It's not even clear who you're supposed to go to. The place looks like it's a mess and everyone is all over the place. They are very unprofessional it doesn't even feel like you're in a place of business. They didn't even know how to change my car from commercial to just a 4 door sedan. . I was told I would have to pay 300 in late registration fees plus told me that the vehicles registration is 135. Well luckily I have AAA. when I went to AAA they said there were no late fees because the car was non op and the registration is only 65. This company does not have full access to DMV records. If I went through them I would have paid more than double what I actually had to pay. I'll stick with AAA from now on. read more

This place was amazing. I had an appointment at DMV for 9am. I stood in the appointment line to check in for almost 45 minutes. So I decided to leave. I was in and out of this place in about 10 minutes. Of course you pay for the convenience, but I will gladly pay $35 to not sit in the DMV for an hour. I usually do my own DMV stuff, but with the temporary closing of the El Cajon, CA office, I just wasn't willing to deal with the hassle of driving to one of the other offices in San Diego. After an quick internet search, I found CRS. I called them to make sure they could do a title transfer to a non-profit I run. They said yes. I walked in the door a 9:02 am, handed Niki my paperwork and chatted with her about old cars and Jeeps while she was processing the title transfer.
